Family trip
Things started off rough as we were double booked. Butttt Donna was amazing she called and texted and reassured us we would be okay. She went above and beyond for us. The place was amazing, felt like home away from home. I definitely will be back very soon

The proximity to Hidden Valley is nice. The property was well maintained and clean. The only issue we had was finding the correct entry. (The lettering had been removed. Owner was notified and will likely resolve the issue.) A

Good place in Eureka
We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time seeing the St. Louis sights with our friends! This villa had plenty of space for the two of us. The structure itself reminds me of an office building, but it looked like a normal residential home inside. It has everything you need - washer, dryer, kitchen, hair dryer, and a large living room to hang out! The only negative is that it could use a little updating inside in terms of paint, blinds and such. Overall though, glad we stayed here. The host was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us once a day. She was awesome!

None of us slept well at all. I think the most comfortable was my husband who e Des up sleeping on the couch. Very run down….splotchy paint, rusted fridge and bathroom window won’t open with no fan. I think it should be noted that the bunk bed room has a washer and dryer in it.

My full review is too long to post here. If you go to imgur and search “Luxurious” Villa Eureka MO, you can read it in entirety as well as see pictures that give a more accurate representation of the state of this rental. Please do, and then don't make the same mistake we did, thinking that the overall rating meant that it couldn't be that bad. The most important information to get across right here is that there is BLACK MOLD and the smell of standing water, which resulted in us experiencing headaches during our stay. It was dirty – the coffee table had crumbs, the refrigerator wasn’t wiped out (and was rusted), and there was a faint smell of smoke. I believe most of the reviews are fake; notice how virtually every one mentions how wonderful Donna is? Why does everybody need to interact with the owner, and why would they all include these accolades in their reviews? I do not like to leave bad reviews (most people try to be nice, including the rather tame negative reviews from previous guests) but I sincerely believe that this rental should be removed from VRBO. I knew by the pictures that “luxurious” was a laughable description, but this place is a downright dump and the Super 8 Motel would have been cheaper and cleaner.

Not a luxury villa
There wasn’t anything really wrong with the place but it was described as a luxurious villa. It was not luxurious at all. The refrigerator on the inside of the doors. The second bedroom has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top, but there is a washer and dryer by the bed with very minimal room in between the appliances and the bed. The walls are thin so the guys in the connecting suite were easily heard if you were sitting in the living room. Very expensive for very little luxury. The host is very nice but as I have described, it was not at all what I expected, especially for the price.

This cozy condo was right off the interstate close to Six Flags with easy access to St Louis. It is in a business area so it does not have a “residential” feel. However, it is well equipped for a place to stay when visiting family and taking in the local attractions.

Great Place!
This was my first VRBO experience and Donna was very welcoming and helpful. My friend and I were attending a dog show at Purina Farms and this was a great place to stay with dogs. Lots of grass to walk the dogs on and there is a great BBQ place down the road. The room with the bunk beds was a bit tight size-wise if you have multiple people staying in that room but overall I highly recommend and will try to stay here again when visiting Purina Farms.

Great location
Great location to crash after Six Flags. We had a hard time finding our unit in the dark. I would recommend taking a flashlight or doing daytime check in. No outdoor lights on when we arrived and then living room light wouldn't come on when I got inside, then lamp in living room wasn't plugged in. Could've used extra blankets, only 3 in unit and we had 7 people with us. Otherwise, very close to six flags, but still quiet area. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels.

Overall, excellent experience and good location
The overall apartment was nice. It’s located very near six flags and approximately 25 min of St. Louis downtown which is near for us. Donna was always available for any question, that was a plus and made it easy during the stay. I’ll recommend this place.

This place was very roomy and close to Hidden Valley Ski Resort. and Rockwood Reservation (hiking). Donna upgraded us to a roomier accommodation that allowed us each to have our own bedroom. She was also very quick to respond to messages we sent. Would definitely consider staying here again

Greeted by broken lamp post and busted out planters at the entrance. Deceptive pictures online. Very uncomfortable beds. Broken tile in the entrance of the second bedroom that has a washer and dryer in the room (not shown in the pictures). Dog hair was on the bottom bunk comforter. Chipped paint/plaster around doors. Uncomfortable couch. Would not reccommend this place. Paid way too much.

We came in for a dog show so we wanted a place with some outside space for the dogs to play after a day at the shows. The house was great and we all loved the space. Donna was very nice and so easy to work with.

Property was certainly not luxurious. No soap in the whole place except for the bathroom dispenser. No clean sheets and blankets for the bunk beds. The 10 to 20 people next door were partying very loud all night! They were so loud, they scared the kids we had with us. They wanted us to call the police. This should be a 69 dollar charge for a nights stay. We will never stay there again.

House is Amazing! Donna is Amazing!
This house was truly the highlight of our family vacation to St. Louis. Everything was perfect. The pool was great. The fishing on the lake with my daughter was fantastic. The views from the bedrooms each morning were spectacular. I can not say enough good things about this property. Now we get to Donna. Donna (property manager) was such a hoot. She went to great lengths to make sure our stay was fantastic. She is the greatest. I would recommend this place to any one.

Tabatha and her family were absolutely awesome guests, very, very, clean! I upgraded them to 7049416 also known as 294948, because I had booked the entire building of 4 villas to a corporate client for the Summer, so Tabatha and her family won a super upgrade:-) They are a Fabulous Family and I’m sooo happy they had a Wonderful time! I hope to provide accommodations to them again!!

Beautiful on the inside and out.
We were moved into listing 716809. Donna let us know that we were going to be moved into the home and communicated well with us throughout our trip. The home was in a nice area and the outside was so private. The inside was very nice. The open floor between the kitchen and living was so nice. You could visit with the whole family and not feel crowded in one area. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that likes rural areas and watching deer cross through the yard at random times of the day. Thank you Donna for letting us enjoy this beautiful area and answering all of our questions.

Very clean and spacious.
The 5 bedroom villa was perfect for our big family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals every evening. The bedrooms had big beds and lots of room. The bathroom was full of towels and there was plenty of sitting space throughout the house. I recommend this rental property to anyone. The owner, Donna, was at the home to greet us when we arrived and made sure we were comfortable. She was super sweet and she recommended some great places for us to take our kids while we stayed in St. Louis. We had a great time and a comfortable stay. We will be returning and staying in the same villa the next time we come and visit St. Louis.

Comfortable for family of five
We had quite a comfortable stay for our family of five here. We had room to spread out and there were welcoming features like plenty of towels and tp for our big family. We so enjoyed coming back to a place where we could spread out after site seeing rather than being scrunched in motel room. The property owner made us feel welcomed, even when we arrived later than we planned and had trouble figuring out the door. It was very clean and comfortable.
