We have been staying here for over a year now- rooms are consistently clean and well maintained. Full kitchen is a great feature when travelling with kids.

We stayed four days and three nights. Cons: Although we requested our room cleaned, we did not receive that usual service that you would find at typical hotels. Breakfast also ended early at 9am instead of 10am. Pros:You can request extra towels from front desk. The kitchenette was great with stove, microwave, dishwasher and sizable refrigerator. The room came stocked with plates, glasses, and needed silverware,

Nice facility but no housekeeping services after 4 days due to shortage. Had been told it would be every other day. No recycling bins.

It was great service everyone is friendly!! I will book again in the future at this hotel. I didn’t know before that you do need to call if you want cleaning and need paper in the room so they can put in the system. I did talk to one of staff and said they come into room 3rd and 5th day stay. So I will recommend if your staying and need something to call, I only stayed in the hotel for 2 days so it wasn’t long. The hotel is also very clean and amazing breakfast options!!

Facility was nice, clean, & staff polite. The furnace was LOUD…like millions of crickets chirping. Maid service would have been appreciated, as we had none from Friday through Monday. I disliked having to go to the desk to get toilet tissue & Kleenex. I don’t care about the cleaning & bed making, but replenishing items we used would have been nice.

Thank you for sending this review. Thank you for the kind words about our staff. I apologize for the noise in your HVAC. Crickets sounds are ok in the woods but not in a hotel. I will have engineering check that room to see what the issue is.

I highly recommend TownePlace Suites by Marriott Brentwood. Each of the staff members were kind and helpful. The room was very clean. Modern decorations. The breakfast was impressive. There were multiple options and it was delicious.

Our stay was great. My wife and ai were in town for a long weekend and she was thrilled with the hotel choice. Josh, our Front Desk Supervisor, was awesome. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby, but our Studio Suite also had a fridge, a full-sized microwave, a cooktop, a dishwasher and anything we needed to prepare a meal that wasnt in the room, was available at the front desk. The facility was celebrating its 2 year anniversary this month. It is very clean and orderly. It even has multiple charging stations outside for electric or hybrid vehicles. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town now. About 10 minutes or so from the airport.

We were so impressed with our room and all the amenities. It was just a one night stay so we didn't see much of the hotel but the hobby was clean and fancy looking and the breakfast in the morning was nice. Room was spacious and comfy and all the lighting options for full light and low light and even the electric shades for taking a daytime rest after our drive in. Only complaint was the location off the street and being able to get out of the hotel parking lot and the parking lot in general. When first pulling in we were confused bc it looked like it was parking for another business and we turned around and went back out only to find it we were right but it was further back in the corner of their lot amidst lots of work trucks.

Great and convenient location, only 15 minutes to the downtown and most sightseeing areas. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided free parking and breakfast. Overall very please and happy to stay in this hotel.
