Please Note the Following Policies:

No pets allowed. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fee.

No smoking inside. A $250 fee will be charged for smoking indoors.

Lost items: If you leave something behind and would like it returned, we charge a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.

Extended stays: For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually charged after reservation confirmation.

Late check-out: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.
