Spacious 2 bed Townhome by StayLage

2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath townhome available within walking distance of Streets of Saint Charles. Just south of I-70 Enjoy this stylish and recently updated townhome centrally located near I70 and close to Streets of St. Charles and a short distance to Main Street St. Charles Just across the street from this property, there are many top-tier restaurants, shopping, a comedy club, and a movie theatre.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Great place!

It was exactly what we needed for a short stay close to the city. The location was convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was decorated very nice!

Awesome Experience!

Very nice place! The host was very gracious with our needs and an excellent communicator. The VRBO had all the amenities needed with lovely decorum. Great location. Five star experience for our family!

I can’t imagine a more convenient and well put together townhouse in St. Charles. The host is a FANTASTIC communicator and everything was as good or better than shown in listing. HIGHLY Recommend!

The property was clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was not the best and the neighbors were young and loud our last 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). We were also right by the trash cans which were full and kept blowing all over.

Nice Little Apartment

The apartment was immaculately cleaned. There’s quite a few steps going down into the apartment and going up the stairs. There were a few items that I brought to the hosts attention such as holes in the provided towels, heating ventilation cover falling off, upstairs bathroom towel rack was missing and the picture in the living room came out of its frame one day while I was working. Also I had to park right by the garbage cans and made friends with a very large raccoon. Great location.

Nice apartment but…

When we first got to the apartment, it has smelt like cigarette smoke. We immediately contacted the host & we had to leave so they can run an ozone machine in the house. Which meant that we had to be out of the apartment for a while (check in time was at 4, didn’t get back to the apartment until after 8). When we came back, most of the cigarette smoke was gone downstairs but we had went up stairs & smelt it. I’m not used to breathing in cigarette smoke for long period of time, I woke up in the middle of the night so sick to my stomach I could throw up. We switched bedrooms to see if it would help & had a window open all night. We ran the ozone machine ourselves the next day twice to try to get the smell out of the apartment. Unfortunately, the smoke smell was still in the apartment so we had to deal with it for 3 days in a row of cigarette smoke. Smelling smoke changes the whole outlook on the house, it makes it feel disgusting. We were very disappointed & upset about the situation especially since it is supposed to be smoke free AND we have our child that stayed with us. Anyway, the light above the sink wouldn’t work, the light above the stove is barley holding on, the trash can sensor lid is either broken or dead, & we had to replace the batteries of the thermostat because the thermostat batteries were low so the thermostat was messing up (they dropped batteries off at our doorstep for us to replace it). We asked for a partial refund & got the cleaning fee back.
