This home had plenty of space and loved that each suite/room had it's own bathroom. The name plates on the rooms was a charming touch especially when we put the 80+ grandparents on the ground floor in the "King's Suite". The dining table is so large and impressive and it was incredible for all of us to sit down, eat together and enjoy being together. We would definitely rent again.

Family gathering
We were in town to participate in the Purple Stride event for pancreatic cancer. We also had friends and family come to meet our newborn granddaughter for the first time. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this house. It is the perfect size for us and has everything we need. It is on a quiet street with ample parking.

A great group stay
This property was great for our group over 4th of July weekend. The parking was perfect as we had quite a few cars so being able to have everyone’s car at the property was great. We mainly went downtown but didn’t have any issues with the area and Ubers were easy to get. They had a few social games like foosball for people to play as well as TVs throughout. I’d highly recommend this property for other large groups.

Overall our 15 member party enjoyed our stay at this location. The proximity to things was great! I would however suggest the owner look into repainting the walls as there were many scuffs and damages on the walls throughout the house and possibly look into replacing some windows as almost every window does not latch. Thankfully sound machines are in each of the bedrooms to assist with road noise.

Great Location
I was a little wary since I didn't know that area well, but we felt fine tucked back in the little corner. And the location gave us easy access to everywhere else in town. We walked to the Soulard Market, Twisted Ranch, St Louis Escape and other activities. There were 14 of us for a holiday gathering and there were plenty of beds, bathrooms, elbow room, and dinnerware for all of us! We had a few questions and reaching someone on the holiday was a challenge, but it was nothing that marred our visit. (If you want to watch tv, say for bowl games, get the codes from the owners early to make sure you have access. We couldn't get any of the services listed: hulu, espn, etc.) We easily parked 5 vehicles there and no one was ever inconvenienced. All in all, GREAT spot for a big group!

Selected St Louis as central meeting destination for our family of 4 grown kids and their spouse. Pots pans double oven beautiful kitchen enabled us to roast Turkey meal with all the stuffings, potatoes and pies. Would love to rent again.

What an amazing house for large groups! Perfect set up!
This house is set up in an "H" floor plan. Each floor allows lots of space for privacy and yet provides the perfect space for group interaction. Private bathrooms in each bedrooms was a huge plus! We would definitely rent again if we all meet up in this area in the future! The only challenges we encountered was the interstate noise at night and limited seating. Thankfully there were noise machines in 4 out of the 5 bedrooms to help with the noise at night and we ate in shifts at meals. The house sleeps up to 20 but there is seating for 14 at the table and bar. We adjusted by feeding the little ones first and then let them go play while the rest of our family ate. A card table might be helpful for larger guests. Still, overall, we loved the house and the charming neighborhood. We took the little kiddos over the bridge/interstate to Cherokee Park! Perfect way to burn off some afternoon energy before dinner and bed. Excellent hosts for sure!

My two sisters and I took our parents for a weekend away to celebrate their 40th Anniversary. Everything was clean and spacious. It was easy to get downtown, and a ghost tour goes right by the house. Parking was easy and right in back. Beds and towels were nice. The only significant issue was that a large number of windows were open a little and were very hard or couldn't be shut. They are old windows, and the house has settled. We spent about 45 minutes the first night trying to lock all the windows. There are a large number of windows, and more than half of them were open. To try to latch them, it took two people because one had to push up on the top window while one pushed down on the bottom window. We eventually got all the first floor windows latched and most of the upstairs windows latched. That being said, despite these windows being cracked open, the house still held its heat well even though it was cold out.

The house was a perfect size for our extended family of 20 -each individual family had their own bathroom (unfortunately two had only cold water showers - apparently the waterheater needs a part). Enough plates and silverware (plastic for kids). A shortage on cups (5). We'd stay again - but I'd check on some of this before going back.

Good location on dead end street in quiet neighborhood. Very clean - perfect for our family. Issue with water heater but maintenance came right over. Also low Water pressure. We would stay here again and have already recommended to friends!

After have to have had virtual conferences the past 3 conferences, I knew that being back together live that we needed more intimate time together and staying in hotels weren’t going to allow for that. Beautiful home, great stay!
This home is beautiful, and sits on a quiet dead-end street. Neighborhood is gorgeous, and it was the perfect home to host a bachelorette party for the weekend. Management was readily available via text or phone call, communicated throughout our stay, and sent all required information (door code, address, parking, check-in/out times) in a timely manner. The air conditioning did not seem to be working in the main living room/kitchen area, but all other rooms were extremely cool. We did reach out to management, and while they did say they adjusted the temperature on their end, it did not seem to cool off. The refrigerator was not working properly, and even though management was contacted and maintenance was sent out (at 10 at night...which was so nice of them) it unfortunately still was not cooling adequately and we had to throw some food away. We were supplied with coolers and bags of ice to keep other items cold that could be saved, at no cost to us. The area rugs in both living rooms need to be deep cleaned, and that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness. While those are just some minor issues we ran into, overall the home was spacious, clean, and we all felt right at home. All 13 of us would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean and worked well for our family. It was easy to get to the places we were going to. The only negative was the upstairs was a little warm at night. We called the manager and he adjusted it but it needed to be done earlier that day. The place is equipped with everything you need.

This was the best rental ever. Spacious, clean, everything we needed.
This property was the best we’ve ever rented, it was close to our family, only 15 minutes away.Everybody enjoyed the house it was perfect my family that lives here in St. Louis came by and said that this is a beautiful home. I would love to only rent this house out when we come back to St. Louis. But I believe you also have other properties, but this is probably the best. I would love to rent this out again during the holidays so we can all be together again. Thank you so much for everything we didn’t have to do much in here except unpack relax and enjoy ourselves. This VRBO is perfect for a large family. We had 8 adults, 3 teens, and 2 little ones and the home was just what we needed. It is very well equipped! We cooked in one night pasta, meatballs, salad, baguettes and had all the equipment we needed! It is in a great location and a short drive to places we wanted to go to. We highly recommend 900 Utah!

the home is an old bed and breakfast and so the rooms are spacious and are well noise insulated from one another. Each has its own bathroom, and all areas were clean and well provisioned. The common spaces were large enough for us all together and eat together and even had space for the kids to play away from parents. overall, this was probably the best vacation rental that I've booked.

We stayed in this house with 6 adults and 9 kids. We were delighted to find that there were more than enough plates and cups, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the showers, and a full stock of toilet paper and towels. They went far and above our expectations. The individual bathrooms in each bedroom were a dream and kept too many people from having to share. If you have a large group, I could not recommend this house more. It was a great deal when compared to hotels and allowed us all to stay together.
