No unregistered overnight guests. Additional guest may be allowed with prior approval and an extra nightly fee ($50).

Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the porch/balcony. Any sign of smoking will result in a $250 deep cleaning fee.

Please DO NOT flush sanitary products, paper towels, kitchen towels, or “flushable” wipes — our vintage pipes can’t handle them.
