What i liked was breakfast- continental style. Dislike difficult to get to rooms, had to go to backif building and door for key card was broke...so others not key holders allowed. The property right next to a buss stop. Beds seem comfy, snall social area in room. The property boasts about this libray they have but only for looks, the area is very dimly lit to show off the wood worling skills.

The hotel overall was definitely a bit run down, the tub was old and stained black at the bottom. We didnt want to use it. The 1st level hallway reeked of cigarettes. (Thankfully we were on 2nd floor and it didnt smell as bad.) The sheets smelled clean and looked clean, no bugs were present - we stripped the bed and checked all the layers. The front desk lady seemed nice when we checked in and out.

We cancled our stay like the 5 people infront of us. The room is out dated and very dirty. The smell is stomach turning. Save your money and dont book this place.

The property was in major disrepair. Broken windows, balconies literally falling off, filthy furniture with missing and broken drawers. Our first room door would not lock due to the settling of the building. The lock would not even fit into the hole due to the door being not level. The smelled like rot. There were several cars in their parking lot with flat tires like they were being stored on the property. We didn’t eat breakfast there either day as the filthy conditions gave us no confidence that the food would be prepared in a clean and sanitary manner.

Run down, torn curtains and hangers, loose molding, the ceiling was peeling and flaking, furniture was worn through the fabric, and the mirrors were nasty. It's way past due for a facelift.

I typically don't leave reviews, but for nearly $150 a night I have to share some notes. This hotel was perhaps in the worst physical condition for any property I've stayed at. Holes in the walls, bunched up carpet, and a shower that I didn't feel comfortable using (there was mold or some un-identifiable growth). Outlets would buzz when you connected to them and looked like they'd catch fire. The lamp next to my bed was broken and askew. In an area where lots of business happens, it's really disappointing to stay at a hotel that's in such a terrible state. I'm really disappointed. Please consider upgrading your facilities, or de-list from Expedia and other sites.

The place looked nice until we drove around back and saw lots of neglect such as broken brackets around pipes, balconies that looked like they were falling apart, seedy people hanging around. Just kind of felt somewhat uncomfortable. Found roaches inside. Overwhelming odor of cleaning chemicals.

Upon walking into the foyer before the lobby, i was greeted with the strong scent of marijuana. The halls smelled like it as well. The room I got, the door didn’t completely seal for, so i could see light through it to the hall. The curtains wouldn’t completely close unfortunately. And the real kicker is that the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. By the time I had left my asthma was getting progressively worse. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you’re sensitive to smoke. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere nicer.

We stayed in a room that is badly in need of updating and repair. Everything felt dirty, like it hadn't been deep cleaned in quite some time. Also, the whole hall smelled very strongly of Indian food.

Wires hanging from ceilings where smoke detectors were missing. couch cushions were unmatched. Entire room needs a remodel/update. Side security door card reader did not work so door was left unlocked at all times. Had a 5 night reservation but left after 2 by finding accommodations elsewhere. THIS HOTEL ROOM 301 WAS UNFIT FOR USE! UNSAFE DUE TO SECURITY DOOR NOT BEING SECURED!

The lady in the day time was rude and she was not very accommodating I will never go back here again. No tv channels just sound no picture. The worst stay I have ever had and I travel 10 months out of the year and stay at a lot of hotels and this was the worst. This is the first time I have ever left a review.

The room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes, they moved us to another room, it had a nasty rusty looked liked dried blood stain in the tub, the latch on our door barely mounted. Looked like the door had been kicked in at some point.

This property was absolutely disgusting. My family and I did not feel clean or safe trying to stay there. We are from out of town for a family emergency and this was a last minute booking and we will never stay there again.the whole building smelled of soured food and mold. We did not even stay the full night because of how dirty and unsafe the location was.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Room was filthy and reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Sheets were stained and threadbare. Bathroom was disgusting and moldy. Hallways were dark and unsafe.

We just didn’t feel that safe staying there, there was no safe even though it said there would be one, and it didn’t feel very clean. Plus the smoke detector was missing, the lights kept flickering, there were stains all over the carpets and chairs, and we couldn’t get the balcony door open most of the time

I made a very grave error in judgement. You, gentle reader, are already a great deal wiser than me just by getting this far. Read the other reviews. And know they were generous. There were holes in the walls of the bedroom walls, ripped and peeling wallpaper and mold in the bathrooms. It appeared someone ripped the lighting sconces off the wall and while the beds were made, I really don't want to think to much about them. The room was a sweltering 90 degrees when we got in. (It was 50 degrees outside) Luckily I had a balcony room, and was able to open the window to let in some air. The carpets were disgusting, and I wouldn't walk around without shoes on. My daughter, who I was traveling with, dubbed in the "Murder Hotel" and I gotta admit the random dark section of the hotel hallway when the lightbulb had burnt out was pretty creepy. When we left the hotel we were walking behind a member of their staff. We watched as he spat out a loogie onto the carpeted hotel hallway.... what I'm trying to say here, is run.
