One elevator was out of order, and only one (slow) elevator was working. The pool was out of order. There weren't trash bags in the trash cans in the room. The room was nice, and had several USB plug in's around the room, and Netflix built into the TV.

The room was tiny. We got a room that had a pull out sleeper sofa. Pee stained. Barely enough room to even pull the mattress out. The bar/breakfast area was a joke. Waited for 15 minutes before going and finding someone to even assist with coffee. The pool doesnt work. Overpriced.

Hi Windy,I am saddened to hear that your concerns were not addressed at the property so we could have ensured you had an excellent experience. Please know that there is not mold in the bathroom, the wallpaper was accidently sprayed with yellow disinfectant which turned the brown wallpaper green. We are waiting for the new wallpaper to arrive so we can repair it and I will have our Maintenace Engineer inspect the thermostat in your room.Thank you again for staying with us and we hope that you'll give us another chance to exceed your expectations should your travels bring you back to our area.

I will definitely stay here again when work brings me back to the area. I arrived late at night and Angela was working the front desk. I had mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong date and she helped me through the process to change the date. AND, she did not charge me a fee even though it was a non-refundable reservation. She was so great to work with and understanding of my silly mistake.

Whenever my husband and I come to Chesterfield to see a show at The Factory, this is where we stay. This hotel is very clean, friendly staff and located in a nice area. There are some good bar/restaurants nearby too.

Very nice place! Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, nice to have a fridge and microwave. Easy to get to and nice parking options. Super easy to check in and out.

Best Hotel Stay
As soon as you walk through the doors a feeling of calm comes over you. From the wonderful fragrance to the music to the staff and surroundings you instantly get the feelings of peace and comfort. Absolutely the best stay we have had in a hotel overall!

The bed was TERRIBLE! We paid a lot to have a luxury experience and it was to say the least very uncomfortable. It felt like two “holes” were board into each side of the bed from repeat uses and not enough upkeep. Myself and my husband got up out of the bed early in the morning hours because our backs hurt so badly. I wanted to sleep in! Then we got to walk around six flags after having a horrible nights sleep that we had to pay over $200 for lol We should have honestly just stayed at the competition down the street for a little more money. I hate even having to leave this review because I’ve always used this hotel in the past. I’m not sure what happened since the last stay or maybe it was just bad luck with the room selection. Stay away from room 101 lol

My family of 3 and I enhoyed our stay. We saw reviews that mentioned how cold the pool was. According to my husband and son, that's accurate. They were the only ones there, which was nice because it's a smaller pool, but they didn't stay in long due to the temperature. There's a review that said they saw a lot of ants. That too is fair. We saw them in the bathroom and on the desk, but we were on the ground floor and it's summertime, so it was almost to be expected; however, some ant bait would clear that up. The staff was kind, attentive and present. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were too soft for our taste, and that's just a personal preference. My blacklight discovered dog fur on the couch, but we have a dog that sheds a lot, so we weren't super concerned. Just needed the pull out bed and sheets to be clean, and they were. We selected this hotel for the location, which was nice, and it felt like a central location, as we'd be visiting downtown St. Louis and Six Flags. The price point was nice for the amenities and location. I'd stay there again. I even joined their rewards program.
