Remarkably clean and beautifully designed. Miles was kind, accommodating and responsive. The house is comfortable and located in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in St. Louis.

Wonderful cozy house, very clean and comfortable. Host was very available and accommodating. The host left water and fruit for us, which was very appreciated after a day of travel. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Very clean modern bath. Check in was easy and convenient. Close to Wash U and easy access to the city. Would stay again.

Perfect little house

Quiet neighborhood, clean, updated, comfortable. Standup shower. Perfect for taking my elderly father to St Louis for the wedding of one if his grandchildren. Host was very responsive to questions.

Great Stay

The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, they have a fully stocked kitchen, the bathroom has an awesome shower, the decor is nice, and location is in a working class neighborhood that is quiet and in a very convenient location close to the highway. We were 15 minutes from Busch Stadium and the Hollywood Amphitheater. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay

This is a small house in a quiet working class neighborhood very conveniently located for our stay. The house has been remodeled throughout and is immaculate.There are more complimentary amenities than I’ve seen in almost any property that we’ve stayed in! Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but very clean with a large shower. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and put a great deal of care into appointing the property. Check in and out was seamless. Really cute place and great for our weekend stay.

Great Place!

my husband was in the hospital in St. Louis. I stayed there for five days. I was pretty much by myself the whole time I felt very safe. The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood, but all the houses and lawns are very tidy. The inside was immaculate with everything I needed. I did not use the washer and dryer, but it was downstairs ready to go. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating when I had a question he communicated right away. It would be good for someone on a business trip. After a long day in the hospital, it was just a nice comfortable place to be.

We've staying in a LOT of rentals and this is probably THE CLEANEST place we've ever stayed! It is also a very quiet neighborhood with comfy beds so we got great sleep. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have NEVER stayed in a cleaner, more well kept place ever. Host was amazing and very responsive. Perfect place to stay while we visit family. We will definitely try to stay here again.

This was the cutest little house! The beds were comfortable, there were slides by the doorway so we don’t have to walk around barefoot, the bathroom was spotless, there was a washer and drier we could use. They left us snacks and bottles of water. Every room had a fan and a tv, (can’t sleep without a fan). We just signed into Netflix and It felt like a home away from home! Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was as advertised and found the experience great at this location. The owner was very responsive when i had a question and received answers within 15-20 minutes and sometimes less. Was our first time doing Air B&B and will be doing it more moving forward.

Miles made everything very easy. The home was nice and clean. It was daughter’s birthday, and he left a card for her. He left some bananas, snacks and water. The freezer also had ice so having a couple drinks before our concert was easy. Would definitely stay again
