Great for big families
My family of eight decided to take a trip to St.Louis. We chose this property as it was close to everything that we wanted to see ask tourists. The property overall is quite nice it's a large home so the children can play and have space of their own. It was cleanly as well.

Comfortable, well appointed family jome
This is a home that served our family very well for an early Christmas with family. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets available if needed. We took several walks around the neighborhood area and felt safe. The driveway in the back is a bit steep and requires some careful maneuvering. We enjoyed the programmable coffee maker for hot coffee each morning. There is only one shower/bath so it did require some coordination for getting everyone ready in the morning. The home itself is a beautiful old home that has been updated and is very livable. We will definitely keep this in mind for future stays.

Dirty top to bottom.
We arrived and the property had not been cleaned from the last party that stayed there. They sent a cleaning crew out that failed to wash the sheets in the beds. We found "items" from the past residents and had to was all of the bedsheets and complete the rest of the cleaning ourselves. We will never book with JZ Vacation Rentals again and will avoid them at all costs. They failed to contact us back when asked about fixing the mistake.

Pros: House has plenty on beds(7 that sleep 10). A/C worked great. Plenty of seating for meals. Great location. Very close to the Hill, science center, zoo, botanical gardens, Grant’s farm, Imo’s, Ted Drewes, Courtesy Diner… Cons: A lot of ants on kitchen counter, only one shower, furniture uncomfortable in TV room, no garbage disposal, little counter space

Neighborhood looks pretty sketchy holes in some of the buildings and parts of roofs on the ground. The house we stayed in itself was great. Good location for just about all your St. Louis needs

Cute house, great location
House was exactly as shared on the listing. JZ properties were easy to work with and communicated everything we needed in a timely manner. The property is in a great location next to Forrest Park and a short drive to anything you want to do in St. Louis. Parking is a bit tight, but we were able to get 3 cars into the tight, ally parking that was made available. We will definitely keep this place on our list of revisits when we are back in St. Louis.

Property was nice and just what our multigenerational family trip needed! Plenty of parking (3 spaces) and space for the family. Only precaution the neighbor encouraged to not leave anything in the car overnight, but we didn't have any issues.

St. Louis Forest Park Area
The area was great for getting to all that Forest Park and Down Town had to offer. The home was very clean and easy to find everything. It is an old home with all the steaks and pops of a peer and beam home. The traffic noise and very close location to a hospital did make for some waking moments but not to awful. The back yard and Ally are not very nice but we did not do any thing out there other than park. It was nice not to have to park in the street. Were told by the nice neighbors not to leave anything in the car. We had no trouble. Over all it was nice and I would stay there again.

This was the perfect house for my family- 6 adults and 4 kids- for two nights. It had everything we needed for a short weekend trip and the check-in/out process was simple. There was enough safe parking for 3 vehicles and it was a close drive to all the downtown attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well furnished. The house is on a busy street which is loud with sirens but each bedroom had its own sound machine that were life savers! 1 of the 4 bedrooms is only accessible by going through another bedroom. It worked for us but may not be ideal depending on the group you're with. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were creaky but not bad. We'd stay again for the big space for a group and location which was so close to Forest Park and lots of things to do!

Our Christmas Vacation!
The property was really nice, just as listed.. it is on a busy street, but owners took renters into consideration with sound machines in every bedroom to help with the noise. It was central to everything we wanted to do. I would suggest that they provide plastic cups for children, the glass ones are too heavy. All in all we would rent again!

Walk to Forest park, central location and comfy beds!
We finished our 10 day stay over the holidays at this rental. . We enjoyed the home, the beds were very nice, home clean and tidy and kitchen well stocked. 😊 The large dinning table was perfect for our family of 9 and we hosted people over for game night and dinner with ease. Our biggest concern was the safety of the front door to the property. It was old, glass door that lacked any privacy shade or covering and allowed people from the street to see in. The location was central to many things, we walked to forest park often, the science center, museums etc, with quick access to both freeways and the Hill. This home is located right on Kingshighway and close to a major hospital, the road noise and ambulance sirens make it a little noisy. This home does have white noise machines in each bedroom which made a huge difference for sleep. The parking and rear entrance made this home easy to access and convenient. Walking the dog in forest park was a real treat for us. We enjoyed our time here and think you will too.

Our family had a great visit in St. Louis, this property was perfect for us, everyone had their own space. Easy access to downtown and all the popular city sights and activities. Clean and accommodating. We were able to do laundry and cook dinner so we didn't have to eat out every meal. We will definitely book this property again next time we are in town.

This home was immaculate and very well apportioned. That being said it had four bedrooms, sleeping 10 people, and only one full bath. The road noise was phenomenally annoying as it was a main artery. Very small kitchen. This is a house for two couples at most Who don’t mind road noise

Attending a funeral I. St. Louis
The communication was quick and responsive. The rooms were clean. The amount of space met our needs and the location was nice. I was off-put by the amount of dust on the dressers, walls, etc, what appeared to be mold on the wall in the bedroom facing the street and the creaky beds. I love the amount of towels and the snacks in the kitchen. I don’t believe the sheets had been changed recently. Crumbs or something had to be swept/shaken off the fitted sheet. For the amount of the cleaning fee and need for Covid precautions the cleaning procedures should be more strict. I took pictures of you have to share something with your cleaners. Thanks

The property was perfect for our group of two moms taking 4 kids on a mini vacation. Within 10 minutes to City Museum, Union Station, and the zoo! Close to the interstate and many restaurants. The property management company was very accommodating! Provided a 2nd high chair and pack and play! I lost the internet password information and sent them a text requesting it (in the evening), they responded within 10 mins! I also couldn’t locate the blow dryer, the responded again in 5 mins! This was my first experience staying in a house vs hotel! I will definitely do it again when traveling with multiple kids of multiple ages!!

Getaway with friends
The house was exactly as advertised in the listing. We were a group of four adults and four kids. The house fit us perfectly. It is in a great location - even though we knew there would be sirens from the nearby hospitals, it wasn’t excessively loud. We were two minutes to the highway and could get downtown easily. The science museum was within walking distance, and we were 15 minutes from the Delmar loop and great restaurants. The Hill neighborhood was a mile away and we loved walking around there. The location was great for getting everywhere we wanted to go, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay there again!

The bedroom setup is unique but they did a great job making over this house - all rooms are accurately depicted on the listing and we had plenty of space for everyone to hang out and sleep! Some areas of the house are a bit worn in and the A/C wasn't great in one of the bedrooms upstairs but this was such a great location we would definitely stay again! Also communication was proactive and the group was very responsive which is always appreciated.

Gets the job done for a group
Great value for the number of beds and what we paid. House was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The house is on a main highway thoroughfare and the neighborhood is not that walkable, but it is close to Forest Park. Not as much natural light as the photos would suggest.

Toddler and dog loved it
Great communication. Property owner provided travel bed and toys for our toddler. Very close to forest park. Our dog would have loved a fenced in yard.
