4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Modern Family Home with Private In-Ground Pool. Pool is surrounded by a child safe fence. Fiber optic perimeter lights surround the pool and make evening swims fun.

New Hollywood inflatable LED Saluspa Hottub has been added as a winter water feature. Hot-tub is located in a private unfinished basement. Lock and child safety door alarm have been added to access door to enhance safety. Maximum temperature is 104 degrees. Entire jacuzzi glows inside and out. Remote control allows user to customize the setting to their favorite color.

Swimming is NOT allowed between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am.

NO local visitors or day guests are permitted.

Bath 1 on the main floor features a Jacuzzi tub with in line heater. This means the water doesn't get cold; so put in your movie and watch on the built in screen. Kids don't complain about taking a bath in this tub. Bath also has high end water features, custom cabinetry, and stereo speakers to listen to your favorite music.

Main floor master bedroom has an elegant Crate and Barrel modern canopy bed.

Bath 2 on the 2nd floor has a skylight in the shower, so you can view the stars. A heat lamp is an additional plus.

Both upstairs bedrooms contain skylights to watch the stars as you fall asleep.

Bedrooms feature Silpure Silver antimicrobial pillows, a patented antimicrobial product that contains ultra-fine silver crystals to provide lasting cleanliness and freshness.

Kitchen contains a deionized reverse osmosis water system for pure filtered drinking water and ice. Attached to the kitchen is a polka dot stainless steel laundry room. This makes it easy to prepare dinner, do laundry, and watch the kids swim. High end Fisher and Paykel top load dryer and washer available. Detergents, softener, and stain removers provided. The floor is heated for cooler months.

The home is just blocks from Starbucks, authentic Italian dining at 'The Hill' and St Louis' favorite Ted Drewe's frozen custard. Walk to Donut Drive-In, antique shopping, the park, tennis courts and an outdoor hockey rink. A new IHop was just built within walking distance.

The home has wonderful curb appeal and is full of charm. The host went out of their way to make the home inviting to the many children we had with us. The pool was wonderful. Everything was thought of in regard to floaties, towels, puddle jumpers, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Gas range was a big positive for the chef in the family. On street parking was perfect! Never had an issue parking our two vehicles out front. Not being able to stream forced the family to talk to one another which anymore is a lost art. Great house, neighborhood, and host!

Great Family Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We have small children and it was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood and appreciated all of the little things that were left for the kids from toys to crayons/coloring books and so much more! We would definitely stay here again!

For a March spring break the heated pool was over the top great!! Kids loved it. The hot tub was also really enjoyed. The extra touches for the kids was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Wonderful Property and host

Wonderful property. The host, Deborah puts in great care and provided some treats for us and the little ones as well as lots of toys for the little ones to enjoy. Quiet family neighborhood. Pool was warm enough even though it wqs 60s outside and my wife also enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi. Would certainly stay again.

Family Vacation 2024

Beautiful house and property. The Host thought of everything, down to the luxurious towels! The location was ideal just minutes outside the city. The pool was a huge hit with the Grands Close proximity to everything we wanted to do and see. Took in a Cardinals game, went up The Arch, saw the Zoo and the Science Museum. Also took a float trip on the Meramec River! What an adventure we had.

Summer Vacay

The house is as described, it’s in a great neighborhood and you can walk to many restaurants and beautiful Lindenwood Park. Deborah is a great host and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. She goes above and beyond with the fun little extras she leaves for the kids. The pool is certainly a plus in the summer!

Very family friendly home near many attractions!

Great time had by all on our multi-family vacation. Ages ranged from 4-47. The pool and many games was perfect when not out seeing St. Louis. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Awesome washer and dryer. Kitchen was stocked very well. Plenty of pool towels, tons of pool tots and many personal touches made our stay wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

Family friendly with some appliance issues

First of all, I cannot say enough about the host—Deborah. She was kind, prompt, and thoughtful and frankly delightful to work with, I felt very “cared for” on this trip. This is an older home in an older but cute part of town. The neighborhood felt safe. Lots of conveniences close by which was great. The location was perfect for us to do all things STL. We have 4 kids and this home was very functional for us to come back in the afternoon while our littlest napped and the rest of us could swim every day. The pool was great! The home is very clean and our kids appreciated all the fun things for them to do and thoughtful touches by the host. We were a little surprised there is no streaming or Roku, but we aren’t big tv people and there was an antenna and dvds, just surprised by the older tech. We also unfortunately struck out with appliances: the dishwasher stopped working mid-trip, the washing machine alarmed and had to be reset with each load, and we had issues with the grill on our last day. Deborah was very kind and prompt in her response to all of these which was appreciated but we were a little frustrated by the end of the trip as it seemed like it was constantly something. All in all, would definitely recommend this place to families as long as the appliances are all working :)

This home is just PERFECT for a family getaway. We were in St. Louis for our son's wedding. We needed 4 bedrooms and a place appropriate for small children. This house exceeded any expectations even though we had read rave reviews from past renters. Lots of room, clean, tidy, well stocked with everything your own home has. Location is excellent and traveling anywhere is so easy. Having a pool in the backyard was wonderful for the near 100 degree weather, but staying here in winter would be great also. Deborah and Mike answered our emails and our requests immediately. They were thoughtful enough to put out games and coloring books for our grandchildren. There were movies and toys and game tables for kids and adults. They accommodated pack n plays, a high chair, and extra bed for guest #9. They really went out of their way to make this so enjoyable for us. We had delicious St. Louis cookies just waiting to be eaten, which we did . Deborah and family wrote a sweet note, welcoming us to the city and congratulating us on our celebration. I was so touched. And had this fabulous house in addition to all the little welcoming touches! This is the 4th place we have rented as a family and it is the BEST! Since we have family in St. Louis, this may be our new home there next time we do a big family trip. Thank you Deborah and Mike and family!

This was the best place we have ever stayed! The host went above and beyond. She decorated the kids rooms in Disney themes and set up many special toys for the kids to play with, some of which they could even take home! She provided treats for the kids and eye masks for the parents. Everywhere we turned, there was something special waiting for us! The house was clean and charming; it felt like your favorite trip to Grandma's house as a kid! It was so cool! The pool was amazing, with plenty of fun floaties and even bubbles! Thanks for making us feel like royalty!

Thought of everything for a kid friendly family

This was the perfect location for going to the zoo, the science center, and the Botanical Gardens. Our family had so much fun in the early evenings playing in the heated pool!!!! There were many toys both indoors and out doors, to keep the children entertained. I would give 5 stars but the beds were not super comfortable, and the living room furniture, though it was adorable, it was not very comfy cozy for relaxing on after a long day. We had a great time and the host Debbie, was extremely thoughtful!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. We were there for Easter and Deborah had age appropriate toys and treats for the kids. The house was very festive. We were close to many fun attractions. Parks and stores were walkable. We had a delicious Italian dinner on The Hill. I would rent this home again!

Fantastic for families

The owner went above and beyond to make the home ready for my grandsons. Toys, art supplies and many other kid-surprises were waiting all over the house when we arrived. The kids were in heaven and I felt they were welcome, and not just tolerated!The pool was great and we were able to enjoy it even on chilly days. The hot tub in the basement was fun too!Location was fantastic. It was 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see, plus walking distance to a nice park with playgrounds and also a fantastic donut shop. Now the grandkids want to live in St Louis when they grow up!

Back to School Staycation

We traveled with a first and sixth grader and everyone enjoyed themselves in this family friendly home! The hostess went above and beyond to make the stay for the whole family magical. Even though we traveled with kids, it was So Relaxing! Perfect family getaway!

Deborah went above and beyond to make the stay memorable for all of us especially the kids. She had treats and toys out for the kids when we arrived. Second Stay!

We love this property and the owner. Deborah is delightful! She put so many personal touches on the home depending on the ages of the kids and the make up of the group. She had everything perfectly set up for us upon our arrival!! We loved this place so much that this is our second stay here. The pool is absolutely amazing and we spent lots of time swimming! The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and close to everything in St. Louis!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and we prepared the majority of our meals at home instead of taking four little kids to a restaurant :-) I cannot say enough great things about this property, and I fully expect that we will return again in the future!!
