"Lovely little hotel. Staff were helpful, kind and considerate. The hotel is in a great location for walking around Rye and the car park was easily accessible, albeit £10.30 a day quite expensive. We stayed in room 7, large and comfortable with a large en-suite. Although needed updating, along with the communal areas which could do with a lick of paint and new carpet. Overall a good hotel with a great breakfast."

Food was fabulous. Room was well laid out, stocked and comfortable. Our stay at the Mermaid Inn enhanced our visit to beautiful Rye. Thank you."
