Amaryl Apartment is located at the quiet end of St Lawrence Gap, which is famed for its restaurants, bars and night life. The apartment is newly painted and renovated kitchen and lounge which includes new up market appliances. Boasting full air conditioning with remote ceiling fans in each bedrooms and lounge area, along with floor standing fans. The property is no-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the patio and external of the apartment. The spacious apartment is situated on the first floor overlooking the pool and lush tropical garden. It is approximately 3-4 minutes walk to the popular Dover beach. The beach offers chairs and umbrellas for a small fee. In addition, you can enjoy water sports-diving, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing, paragliding and jet skiing. The apartment has a large private patio, so you can eat in or outside or just relax. There are only 4 units on the complex with communal pool, therefore it is a quiet spot to chill and enjoy the best Barbados has to offer. There are electronic security gates, a security 24 hour alarm system and fully equipped kitchen. We offer our rentals at exceptional value; it is beautiful appointed and well-equipped for families, couples and singles who wish to visit and enjoy a holiday that action-packed or quiet and serene. Free wireless Internet. We are accessible to our guests, if they have any needs that can be accommodated or questions, we will do our best to assist. A guide book within the apartment, and our Property manager is there to assist you if we are not available. I've stayed in many places in Barbados and this one is a gem! Dover Beach (which we love) is a easy 5 minute walk, grocery an even easier 3 minute walk. My kids loved the pool and the neighborhood chickens, too. The kitchen was well equipped, and the apartment spacious and clean. We would absolutely come back.
Lovely apartment, the owner called to much before the holiday and every day during the holiday.
It was a lovely holiday, the owner of the property called me alot before I travelled.
He was calling me every day if my holiday.
We only stayed for a week.
It's the owner private apartment.
Had left his own things in the apartment when we arrived.
He was complaining we were using his stuff.
Really his stuff should of been removed before our holiday.
I paid a thousand pound for the week.
The contact from the owner was just a little bit to much.
Next vist to Barbados, I will be booking an villa due to alot of contact from the owner.

Good and bad
The property was a short walk from beach and shop with a spacious layout overlooking the pool including a nice balcony with table and chairs and very good Wi-Fi …….. so this was all very good.
The bad was that the property backs onto a large warehouse which is the laundry for the Sandals hotel on one side, and a big car park for staff on the other.
The effect of this was a loud rumbling from the warehouse and the noise of the staff early morning to late evening which was very off putting throughout the day, as well as as unfortunately waking us up every morning ….. and there was also car and people noise from the car park at intervals which I guess was aligned to shift changes.
All this was a real shame as the apartment is very nice, hence my good /bad rating as probably depends on what is important to people.
The place looks so much better then the pictures posted, I was very happy with the service and I would totally recommend this place to anyone! I will be stay there again in the future! Thank you!
Had a great time but the unit had no jacuzzi tub or grill as stated in the amenities. I like to soak and looked forward to a nice bath after a day at the beach. My family rented all four units and looked forward to grilling our food and eating outside together but the there was no grill as stated. You need to update ur post as this was disappointing. Anyway we managed and had a good time. I would stay again now that I know what to expect.

Lovely apartment
Well we have just got home from our fabulous 2 weeks in NO.4 , cannot fault the place at all, Raymond was on the phone regularly checking we were ok , the apartment is of a great standard with all mod cons, the pool was very much appreciated , the fans throughout were excellent and my wife loved the fridge freezer especially the icemaker. All in all all 4 of us would return tomorrow. Thanks from graham and party.

Convenient location. Well furnished and homely. And most important of all clean & well looked after
A good location - close to the beach, supermarket and nightlife. The apartment was clean and fully furnished with everything you need. Being able to sit out on the balcony was really nice, as it is enclosed and private.
As requested, I opted to keep the fans on as opppsed to the air con. However, the apartment does get really hot and you need to go outside to the balcony to cool down. Having the option of a mosquito net at night would be beneficial. I was only attacked while sleeping. I have absolutely no idea how they were getting in.
The grounds are well taken care of, very pretty and green. I did not use the pool. As my preference was the beach. However, it is a little small and although a pretty setting the space around the pool to layout is a little enclosed. I imagine it would be quite crowded had the other apartments been occupied. Being on my own it was nice to have the security of the gate and the alarm. I was never concerned about walking home alone along 4th avenue but it is not that well lit a street and you have to walk past two empty plots.
