"Like the other Welcome Hotel in Bamberg the buffet breakfast is understanding with a great range of German breads and rolls. cheese, cold meats, hot bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, cereals including Birckenmüsli etc etc. The breakfast room faces directly onto the river Regnitz which is very picturesque. The staff are really friendly and helpful both with me and my teen children! It’s only a short walk to the centre of town, or along the river to the Old Town and Cathedral. "The linens could be more clean, and the apartment need to be cleaner. It smelled a bit The room key turn in process but an unclear. I had to ask what I should do with the key when we were ready to leave. I never did receive a response from the call staff but instead had to rely on another guest to tell me where to drop them. "
