Enjoy staying in the heart of St. Julian's in this 2-bedroom, 80 sqm flat, located on the 6th floor of a secure residential building with an elevator. The flat has a private terrace. Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with the platform's policies.

The Space:

*When sending an inquiry or placing a booking request, please include as many details about yourself and the people you are traveling with. What brings you to the city? Have you read through the strict flat policies and do you intend to respect them? Remember a fully-refundable €800 damage deposit will be held to cover damage, breakage of rules, loss of keys, etc.* 4 guests maximum including children and infants.



Property Details:

This 80 sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor, with an elevator. The flat has a small private balcony overlooking Spinola Bay (smoking not permitted). The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and dining table with chairs. Wi-Fi is included, making the apartment suitable for working from home and video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric kettle, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, among other essentials. Full sets of dishes, cutlery, and crockery are provided, along with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a washing machine and drying rack, as well as an iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.



The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with a superior-quality mattress, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom, accessible via the hallway, with a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, plus complimentary toilet paper and hand soap to start your stay.



Guest safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below).

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

The Neighborhood:

This flat is set right on Spinola Bay in St. Julian's, one of Malta's most vibrant coastal towns. Here you're just a short stroll from the bay's waterfront restaurants, and a few minutes further from Paceville, Malta's nightlife hub, and the marina at Portomaso. Sandy and rocky beaches, boutique shopping, and everyday conveniences are all within easy reach on foot.



The capital city, Valletta, is easily accessible by public bus or rental car, as is Sliema's seafront promenade next door. For those wanting to get out on the water, the area offers plenty of options for diving, sailing, and other water sports, plus ferry connections for day trips to the neighboring islands of Gozo and Comino.



Whether you're drawn to Malta's history, its coastline, or its local culture, St. Julian's makes an ideal, well-connected base for exploring it all.



Getting Around:

There are public bus stops just 100 meters away which can take you all over the island. Next Bike, Malta's bike sharing system, also has stations nearby. If you are staying for a while, you may choose to rent a car or scooter to visit the island from a different point of view.



Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.



*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.



*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a €90 check-in fee. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
