Very happy with our stay here. Excellent location, the pool terrace with the pool was spectacular! The restaurant on site for breakfast was one of the best on our three week vacation across Italy and France. Service - 4/5 - there was a grumpy many there that got upset when people showed up right at opening for breakfast and he didn’t hide it. The other chef manning the grill was always in excellent spirits and so was the other servers. Room was spacious but the walls are paper thin. If you’re a light sleeper, I would not recommend. We were in our room sitting and relaxing and we could hear word for word the women beside us. Thankful they only stayed for two nights and the room then was empty for what we believe was the rest of our vacation.
Enjoyed a fabulous 3 night stay at The Fitch. Superb in every way. Modern rooms, comfy bed and the best breakfasts on the planet - honestly they were fantastic. 5 star service , will be back for sure
The Fitch team was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast options from the menu were very tasty but it would be nice to have something fresh as an addition to the buffet selection, e.g: salad leaves or tomatoes. Overall, it was a good family stay.
The rooms are really fancy, with just a few minor issues, likely due to the recent opening. As for breakfast, there were a few training hiccups and some missing items in the buffet, but overall, the food was satisfying and delicious!
I highly recommend this place for its great location and hassle-free stay. An amazing experience for a hotel that's just getting started!
The hotel Is new and really nice.it is located between San Julian and Peaceville.our room.was on the 9th floor, really clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast in the morning tasty with a variety of sweet and savory options, moreover they had a la carte menu included. We really like it. A mention to all the staff members we meet.during our stay, all very polite and helpful. Thanks!!
I was attending a conference over the road at the Westin. Fitch offered a close, affordable option.
St Julians is quite a noisy area with busy nightlife but the windows are thick. The staff were excellent and made the stay very enjoyable. Only comment is the rooms have many lights you cannot turn off so come with an eye mask if light bothers you when sleeping.
This is a new hotel , so they need to get somethings worked out . Front desk some staff did not understand English . Waiter in dining area excellent . Had some difficulty getting ice ??? Strange in a new hotel . Did not like a small fridge up on the wall . It did not keep drinks very cold . Most staff were very accommodating.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We had a leaking sink ,the heated towel rack did not work, the very small fridge which was located high on the wall items fell out when you opened the door .The room safe was not anchored to anything .The shower door was very difficult to open .The toilet and bidet were located by the room entrance,The glass shower was located in the main room near the bed , the sink and towels were located next to the shower in the main room away from the entrance to the toilet and shower .The layout in our opinion was not user friendly. The staff in the restaurant were very professional and accommodating.
A brand new stylish hotel which has thought of many aspects important to the customer. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The large TVs were a bonus which had netflix etc- this was a nice treat.
The beds were very large and extremely comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent, whereby they would have many buffet options available and also a la carte. The pastries and cakes were delicious.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with guest requests.
There are restaurants and attractions nearby. Spinola Bay is my favorite. It is conveniently located near public transport and other walkable places. It is just at the bottom of the lively strip so there is not much disturbance from the young crowd.
The pool wasn't operational due to just been built so we were able to use the Hilton resort which was very nice and had a resort feel. The Fitch hotel ticked alot of boxes and we had a wonderful 10 night stay.
The good:
Hotel decor is lovely, brand new and the staff were all very friendly and nice.
Breakfast was nice and good quality of ingredients.
Location is also great.
The bad:
There were quite a lot of issues during our stay, the main one being the noise. Brand new hotel and there’s ZERO soundproofing. The noise and the feel of the base from the bar down the road was horrendous until 2/3 AM every night of the week.
There was also construction that started at 7am every morning. So you’d be lucky to get 4 hours of quiet.
Doors need slow close hinges, all you hear is doors slamming.
Shower pressure is non existent, if you have long hair forget about washing it, you won’t get the shampoo out with how bad the pressure is.
When I booked the hotel I didn’t see anywhere about ongoing construction or I wouldn’t have booked but it was literally right next to our room and also sounded to come from above. Asked to move rooms but the hotel was full but was also told by reception that every room will have noise as it’s a centre location.
When we arrived in the room we had no bath robes so I went to reception to ask for some, as I did, a female member of staff just walked into our room with a clipboard while my partner was changing as they thought the room wasn’t in use.
Paid for late check out due to late flight and the housekeeping knocked 4 times to do the room, everytime we had to tell them we paid until 5pm but still had continued knocks.
Breakfast was nice but more meat options w
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly terrible experience. First off, the lighting in the room was awful; it felt like I was living in a cave. The bathroom was barely furnished there was a serious lack of furniture, and there wasn’t even a single electrical outlet in the bathroom !
To make matters worse, I discovered a live millipede in my bed. When I reported this to the manager, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He mocked me and brushed off my concerns by saying that it could happen. I was very afraid there didn’t change my room but only the bed sheet.
The location of the hotel is the only slight positive aspect, but even that was compromised by the incredibly noisy street filled with bars and clubs, making it impossible to get any peace in the room.
Additionally, the pool was a major disappointment; The jacuzzi was even colder than the pool, making it completely unusable.
The staff’s professionalism was nonexistent, and their English skills were horrendously low. They failed to uphold their promise regarding payment; they charged my card two days before our arrival, which was completely unacceptable.
No one attempted to resolve these issues, and the manager didn’t even bother to listen to my complaints. The customer service was dreadful, and I ultimately had no choice but to change hotels. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place! No compensation or solution given
