Riverfront 2 bdrm Jacuzzi Cabin w/ Sunset Balcony

Forget your worries in this spacious 2 bedroom cabin located on the 2nd floor of this riverfront building! Enjoy a glass of wine in the jacuzzi while watching the river water pass by. Nestled just outside of town… a few blocks away, find new mountain bike trails. 2 miles away sits a casino, boat ramp, boat dock, conservation center, and a new riverwalk path that provides a peaceful path to historic downtown St. Joseph! Museums, great food, and amazing sunsets await you!

Spacious two bedroom full sized apartment on the second floor with waterfront balcony, so the view over the river and sunset is unmatched!

This is located at the beginning of a private road with 5 other homes on it.
Next door is a small boat ramp and on the opposing side, you will see the other cabins located on this private road. About a block away, you can expect to see a boat shop and storage units for boats. 1 mile away, there are baseball fields and the beginning of the Riverwalk Trail! Two miles away is the casino and brand new mountain bike trails. Just a couple more miles to historical downtown St. Joseph!

Note: There is a train that passes by about a block and a half away so if you’re a light sleeper, sleep in the room closest to the river or use a white noise app or fan like I do!(I live one block away)

The entire upstairs 2 bedroom unit!

There is a boat shop and storage facility for boats located about a block away as you would expect from a riverfront area. There are only a few houses located on this private road. Safe and secure area.

Please be respectful and don’t have parties or smoke inside the unit.

Damage deposit is $500. This preauthorization will be refunded/disappear from your bank/credit card statement 4 days after you check out and there`s confirmation that there were no damages or extra cleaning from your stay.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside! 🚭 $1000 minimum fine if rule is broken.
If you smoke outside, be sure your cigarettes end up in the trash, not on the ground.
All guests and pets must be accounted for in the booking! Unauthorized pets/guests can result in a fine of up to $100 per pet/guest per day.
If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
No animals on the furniture or beds! Breaking this rule can result in extra cleaning up to $200.
If your dog barks when you leave, please take them with you. Barking disruptions to neighboring guests can result in them wanting to cancel and you will be responsible for their refund amount if you are the cause.
If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them or make previous arrangements to hire the maid to do this for you otherwise additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
The included maid services will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, dust, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. This is how we keep low cleaning/maid fees, so we appreciate your help in keeping it this way 🙌🏼
