"This cabin has great potential, but there needs to be full disclosure and clarity about its water issues. It was charming and clean, but we were so disappointed that both the gas grill and gas fireplace on the deck were unusable. There was only one empty propane tank under the grill and nothing in the fireplace. There is a wood burning/coal fire pit that we supplied our own wood for. The host did not respond to my inquiry about whether there was an additional propane tank someplace on site....

"Our initial room was overlooking the parking lot. I wanted to upgrade to a Mountain View room (facing the mountains instead of the parking lot), so they charged us more per night…no problem, I can accept that. The new room was on the complete other end of the resort. Had to carry all of our bags. Then that room had no hot water. We obviously had no choice but to complain. They said ok we’ll give you a new room. It was across the hall from our original room. 3 rooms later everything is great, but this is the hospitality business and was hoping for a little more help and not feel like I am a problem customer. "
