"Upon arrival we waited over 5 minutes just to see someone to check us in. There was not even an employee in the building! I called the hotel as I stood in the lobby and the phone rang and rang. Finally an employee came in. She had been outside getting fresh air because the ac was not working in the lobby. I was assured that my room ac would work, and it did, but there were other issues relating to the room. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling in several places as well as small roaches. I would NOT stay here again."

"Building is run down. Not updated . Even the bathtub was peeling . They even painted over lamp shades . Fixtures are rusted , carpets are all Stained . Elevator was broken for 2 days , you have to pay for daily parking . Staff didn't know how to fix tv . Made excuses . Broken furniture in room including bureau that couldn't open . Asked for room cleaning and they didn't do it then made excuses why . Listened to neighboring room all night yapping about their drug use . Only addressed concerns when i complained to corporate . And only refunded my parking fees which are a joke to begin with . I never asked for a discount . I just asked to have issues addressed but if you are going to refund money , you have to do better than that . Would not stay for free there ."

"I was placed in a room adjacent to the ice machine and elevator, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The breakfast was on par with a gas station. I travel frequently for business, and the Hilton name is no longer a mark of quality or comfort. Hilton is the Taco Bell of hotels."

"The hotel is in a convenient location, easy to get in and out. The breakfast was average for a hotel that price and we ate there the four mornings, the pool looked nice, even though we didn’t use it. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We had a couple of requests and they fulfilled them in no time. It was a short family vacation and we would consider staying there again."

"We have been staying here for many years. It’s comfortable and convenient but is beginning to look and feel “used”. There was some mold in the bathroom, we had no hot water for showering our last morning ….. the front desk said that they would notify maintenance about the water but we were on our way so don’t know if issue got corrected promptly or not. Breakfast is good, fair selection and atmosphere friendly."
