The villa’s ideal location is an easy drive to Cruz Bay Town for dinner or shopping. The nearest North Shore beaches are just a 12-minute drive. Everything about the property was wonderful. The house is nicely furnished and equipped, the view from the pool deck very beautiful and private. The most beautiful home we have stayed at on St John (been more than a dozen times)! Actually comfortable bedding and all felt like home! Breath taking views of Caribbean. Entirely equipped with everything you need and more! Stayed with our 3 kids and parents. The garden room (separate from main living quarters) gave my parents privacy.The Jack and Jill bathroom was the perfect set up for our 3 boys. Property manager, Kelsey,was so kind and attentive to all our questions and needs! Perfect location; close to grocery! I cannot say enough about Sugar Villa! We willabsolutely be staying here for years to come!

Our family loved Sugar Hill. The house was outfitted with everything you could need. The bedrooms are all just beautifully appointed. Kitchen is great for large gatherings. Location is very private and the views are fantastic. We went to the state park beaches every day!!! Really enjoyed our time at Sugar Hill and hope to return again.

Amazing villa in great great location

This place was absolute paradise. The house had an abundance of amenities and was even more beautiful in person. Our entire family (two adults and two young kids) thoroughly enjoyed it—meals on the outdoor patio, afternoon swims, and good nights’ rests in the comfortable beds. We were a short drive from the the best north shore beaches. The property manager and owners were very helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Our group (of 8 women) was very pleased with our stay at Sugar Hill Villa. The home is beautiful, clean and well appointed - the soaps and hair products were a lovely touch! The view was incredible, made even better by several sitting areas - we saw 2 rainbows! The location is wonderful - easy roads and close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches. It was also VERY convenient to have a gas station and market so close. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Escape

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this amazing home! We loved the beautiful view, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and privacy. Little touches provided such as coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels made beach days fun and easy. Not once did we have to contact the management company for any concerns throughout our stay. I highly recommend this tastefully decorated gorgeous home! You won’t want to leave!

Breathtaking Views!

We stayed at the Sugar Hill Villa the first week of March. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly need! The view has to be one of the best on the island. We enjoyed several sunsets from the patio! We had a couple of small issues with the house and the property owners were on top of them immediately! Spectacular Views

This home is amazing. It’s equipped with anything you might need and the views are incredible. Sitting out on the patio with the beautiful view was such a great end to our days. We loved our time at sugar hill villa! The view was amazing and the house had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The driveway is a bit steep but once you’ve done it a few times you’ll be a pro! And having the Midway market and Coco Jim’s so close was great. We also loved being close to the Windmill Bar! Dream Vacation

Our stay at Sugar Hill Villa was simply perfect from the moment we walked in the door!! The location and view are breathtaking! The outdoor space was large and our favorite spot to hang out and the layout of the bedrooms worked wonderfully for us. Amazing Vacation

This house was a fantastic spot for two families to really enjoy St. John. We love cooking wherever we stay and it had everything we needed! The view was unbelievable and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting outside every minute that we could. Even in the occasional 5 min rainstorm that came just twice while we were there. There were plenty of beach towels and we really did not need for anything. The location was our favorite spot in St. John, easy to get to the places we love. It was the best vacation and we can not wait to go back!

Perfect in everyway

Great property that exceeded our expectations. Well stocked for hosting a group, great serving items. The house was whistle clean, beds were very comfortable. View and privacy was outstanding. Only compliant was the internet was spotty, but that is more an issue with the island carrier and not the house. The owner and management company were on it to try to help to the degree they could!

We were blown away with this house - not only the view but also the house itself. It was clean, the finishes are great, and we felt in heaven the whole week! Beware of the tretcherous driveway - renters should absolutely have a car with 4 wheel drive - we're lucky we had our jeep! But the steep driveway is worth it for that view!

Family of 5, our 2nd time in St John. We all enjoyed the house, and everyone thought it was a great house. We had everything we needed, didn’t want for or miss anything. Unfortunately we were out at beaches and dinner every day and didn’t get to spend as much time as I would’ve liked. Would have been a great place to enjoy the pool and beautiful view. Outstanding Views

We had a wonderful time at Sugar Hill Villa. The house has everything you would need. We spent the majority of our time outside on the expansive deck looking at the beautiful views. There are plenty of seating areas on the deck so even if it rains, you can be covered. The pool was lovely and the sunsets gorgeous. The Mid Way market was just down the road which was very convenient. The house is situated so it is equally easy to get to the beaches as it is to town. We will be back!!
