Each rental unit requires descending stairs to access the rental unit.

Beach essentials provided for this listing may include: beach towels, chairs, cooler. Please bring your own snorkel gear. No umbrella provided to protect the turtle eggs that might be in the sand.

This house has 3 rental units, so others will likely be present during your stay.
Level 3 is the top unit/condo.
Level 2 is a middle unit/condo
Level 1 is the lower unit/guest suite - LEVEL 1 IS THIS LISTING and requires descending three floors of stairs to access the unit.

Each unit has its own private entry door (digital keypad) & 1 parking space.

There are no shared INTERIOR amenities.
The only shared EXTERIOR amenities are limited to: parking, walkways, hose at gate for beach rinse and exterior stairs. Similar to staying in a hotel.

Guest access is allowable for a reservation maximum of 2 adult guests.

Other things to note
BOOK A RENTAL VEHICLE! (IN ADVANCE!): Don’t wait until you arrive on island. The island is mountainous and not easily walkable. Uber and Lyft don’t exist here. Taxi fares may wind up being more expensive than a rental vehicle and are not readily available throughout the island. We do not have recommendations of any company. The sooner you book a rental car the better - waiting too long may mean rental companies may be sold out. HOW TO BOOK A JEEP: In the link below the map location, click “Show more”, then click “Show host guidebook”, where you can find the websites for Jeep rentals on St. John (scroll about 2/3 of the way down the page on the guidebook). If the rental company asks for an address of the villa, please tell them it is pinned on google maps as "Vista Bahia St John".

No smoking anywhere on property. Smoking+tradewinds+ mountains= fire. That's something we all want to avoid.

Max occupancy is two. No pull out, roll away or extra beds are available for request. Each person above the maximum two guest limit will be counted as an extra guest and will incur an extra guest fee equal to the amount of a nightly stay.
