Enjoy peaceful, private island living overlooking the Aqua-Blue waters of the Caribbean at ISLAND DREAMS 2.0. A high level of proactive and preventative maintenance brings this villa to an expanded level of comfort and style.
Relax by the private pool while watching the sun rise over the British Virgin Islands. Spacious two-level living provides ample room for four people to unwind and relax.
Main level contains a gourmet kitchen with all new appliances (2025) huge wrap-around deck, large family room with pullout sofa (inquire about additional guests’ accommodation) and a full bath. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, large granite island, and a vast assortment of new kitchenware. In the family room there is a desk for two and an internet connected, Smart TV. A portable Bluetooth Bose speaker has been recently added for your personalized listening pleasure.

Both bedrooms on the lower level have high-end, king-sized beds with new pillows and 100% cotton percale sheets. Each identical ensuite bathrooms are large and have all the amenities you'll need. Both enjoy double vanities and tiled walk-in showers. Each bedroom has commanding views of the Caribbean sea and open out on to a second covered deck. All spaces are fully air conditioned with individual room controls.
Recreational amenities provided include: snorkeling equipment, cooler, new back-pack beach chairs and towels.

Outside features of the fully fenced villa include a private pool, tile lanai with lounge chairs, patio area with new BBQ grill adjacent to outdoor dining area. All surrounded by extensive tropical garden plantings.

The Villa is nearby to shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. Only 15 minutes from breathtaking National Park beaches: Maho, Trunk and Cinnamon bays, and well-marked network of hiking trails. 25 minutes to galleries, fine-dining restaurants and ferries in Cruz Bay.

Perfect View

The property was amazing! We came down here for a week for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. There were several restaurants and markets close by, but with the beautiful view from the pool, it was difficult to leave. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Coral Bay Home

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Coral Bay. The house was well equipped and very clean. The landscaping was lovely. The homeowners and caretakers were very responsive and helpful. We recommend this rental highly!

Beautiful view

This place is very well kept and comes with many amenities needed for your trip. The view is beautiful and the outdoor furniture is very comfortable so you can enjoy it even more.The 2 owners have done a great job decorating and adding special touches through out the home.

We loved everything about our stay, the house, location. Our favorite about the house was the outdoor spaces and view. The house was fully equipped and perfectly located. Our favorite beach was Haulover so peaceful and easy snorkeling. Hoping to go back soon.

Breathtaking views from a lovely house

I really liked that the two bedrooms were equal in size and amenities - no fighting over who gets the better one! The grounds are lovely with beautiful landscaping and plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on. We used the grill and the washer and dryer. The outdoor shower was convenient to wash off sand before jumping into the pool. Plenty of towels were provided.

Honeymoon Trip

The house was excatly what we were looking for in our honeymoon trip. Great view, secluded, a pool, and close to many local restaurants. Would stay there again if back to the islands.

Adorable property

What a great property! Well equipped and beautifully decorated! Great location to all things in Coral Bay, and short drive to amazing beaches! The outdoor area was fantastic, unfortunately it was very windy while we were there and couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked- the property manager was very helpful with recommendations! We will be back!

A great stay

My wife and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked it for next year. Comfortable, great view, nice covered area to chill outside, AC everywhere if you need it, great communication with the owners and property mangers. We’ll be back!

Wonderful Villa

Absolutely gorgeous view! We enjoyed the pool! Good location, close to the couple restaurants and grocery stores in Coral Bay. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked and ate in most of the time. We really enjoyed our stay at Island Dreams!

Beautiful House- killer views!

We loved our stay at the aptly named Island Dreams! The house is lovely and well appointed - beds (kings both) super comfortable. If you're not an early riser (I'm not:-) bring a sleep mask. Lots of beautiful sunlight at dawn. The gardens, outside dining area and pool are magical.

Awesome Family Trip!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful villa. The location and views are spectacular! The villa is decorated very nice, the villa was fully equipped with everything needed in paradise & beach trips. The chairs, snorkeling equipment & sunscreen were great to have on hand. The views from the deck are worth the crazy drive up the mountain. Great advice on needing a 4x4. Definitely want to come back again.

Incredible island house!

Island Dreams was even better in person than it looks online. The house is spacious, charming, and well kept up, and the views are absolutely spectacular. The property managers were very responsive to our questions throughout the week and the house was stocked with all we needed to relax, cook and go to the beach. Highly, highly recommend!

Fabulous view, property and host!

The property was very clean, nicely decorated and stocked well in the kitchen and baths. We were met, taken to the property and showed around all areas of the house. Our only hiccup was two power outages, which were island wide. Rob and team were very quick to respond and let us know what was going on. Highly recommend this property and will definitely return!

Island Dreams for Sure!!

The property is magnificent!! Nothing can beat the view here. So wish we could have stayed longer. Dave was a breeze to work with from the beginning & even after arriving. Loved getting his suggestions of dining, etc. We only had 3 short days but packed a lot in. My favorite part was just waking up to the glorious view and sipping on my coffee in the mornings. I can see why people want to come back here!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home🌊🌅😎

Dreams

Island Dreams is a fantastic villa with great views. We stayed three weeks and had a wonderful time. The villa is clean and a well equipped kitchen. Many local places to eat and Cruz bay is only about 20 mins. Hansen beach is very close and a Jem to go to. The bedrooms are both the same with very nice bathrooms and AC and screens if you prefer a open door at night. The entrance courtyard is beautiful with many plantings which make the property private.

Island Dreams review

The property was all it appeared to be - beautiful and all amenities provided above and beyond my expectations. Beautifully decorated. Our first visit to St. John so roads were a bit scary to navigate. Parking right outside the villa was not easy to navigate when departing the property. Views were spectacular. While in the villa, no complaints at all - very comfortable.

An Exquisite Oasis on St John

This vacation on St John for my husband and me as we celebrated 20 years married was made perfect by the beauty and comfort of this exquisite home. Overlooking Coral Bay, with a simple elegance, all the amenities of a fine home, and the unbeatable gorgeous views, we were so happy. Owners and management were wonderful to work with. One caveat is that the property lists a hot tub which is not there. However the beautiful cold dip pool was a joy! Close to beaches and other activities we were completely in bliss.

The name Islands Dreams says it all

We had such a great and peaceful time staying here. The hosts were amazing. Always around for questions very accommodating when we pushed our stay two extra nights. St John was a much better place to stay than st Thomas in our opinion. The beaches were nicer and less crowded and everything on st John is about 20 min away. We would go to beach during the day and come home to privacy with our own pool and a view that is simply Amazing. The pictures don’t do the view justice. Everything you need is in coral bay but like I said 20 min to get everywhere. Everything about this place and location was wonderful and we will hopefully be coming back. Maho bay swimming with turtles is only ten min away and trunk bay right around the corner from that. I highly recommend considering this place if your looking for peace and relaxation.

Stunning Views

Last week we rented the Island Dreams property, to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was our 4th visit to St. John, and our first staying in Coral Bay. Also, was the first time ever renting a car, so was extremely happy/impressed, to be met by the caretakers at a nearby spot, and escorted by car to the house. Would have been a challenge in the dark the first time! The property is great, two king master suites, perfect for two couples, as well as a pullout and third bathroom if needed. The outdoor space was large, with a nice pool, and the views are spectacular! House is fully stocked with just about anything you might need, including beach toys, beach chairs and a couple coolers. Caretakers were extremely responsive and the owners were also great to work with! I would highly recommend this property, if you are interested in staying in Coral Bay. Definitely a little bit quieter than the Cruz Bay area, but enough good restaurants, to meet most needs. Highlights in the area, Johnny Lime, great barbecue. Rhumb Lines, slightly more upscale, great food. Lime Out, floating taco bar is a must. Also, we discovered Hansen Bay Beach, which is on the East End, definitely a hidden gem!

GOOD Morning, St. John

From Island Dreams, the views of Coral Bay and surrounding mountains are simply jaw dropping. But not just from the outside balcony -- from every room. The villa uniquely orients all its main rooms to the Coral Bay views, including the bedrooms, which are reached by an exterior stair. It's clean, comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need. Sure, this is mountainous St. John and the drive up to the villa has a couple of harrowing portions, but I admit I’m a Midwest driver who rarely even drives on hilly roads. But by the end of my first week, I was driving our 4 x 4 Jeep, windows down, with calm confidence, happily greeting the wild goats and donkeys who stand alongside, and sometimes square on, the narrow roads. The location of Coral Bay puts you in proximity to many gorgeous beaches and destinations, like Salt Pond Bay and the Ram’s Head hike, the secluded Little Lameshur Beach for superb snorkeling, and Miss Lucy’s for a delightful lunch right on the water. Rhumb Lines, only a 5-minute drive, was a delicious and lovely destination for dinner. At Island Dreams, wake up just before sunrise to experience the life-altering moment of the sun entering Coral Bay while the roosters crow in the distance. Thank you for making my vacation dreams come true!

Perfect Vacation!

Where to begin about this absolutely stunning property? My husband and I stayed for a week and couldn't have chosen a better house in St John. We had never been, so we were unsure about whether to stay in Cruz Bay or Coral Bay, but we tend to like things quieter when we vacation and this home gave us just that. From the minute we pulled in the drive, we knew it was the right choice. I'll start with the view - it's impossible to put into words, but it will take your breath away. The house was clean, and so very well stocked. I'm unsure if items were left from other renters or if it is always that well stocked, but we never had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies - everything was there and it was enough for us for the entire week. The kitchen had everything we needed. My husband is a chef, so we tend to eat several meals at home when we vacation and we were able to do so very easily. We grilled out several nights and ate under the stars in the most tranquil little dining area outside. The decks were such a cozy spot to curl up and read after a day at the beach or coming back from a hike. We had bad weather the first two days, but the house had so many games, cards and puzzles, we stayed entertained! We loved all the wildlife - goats, donkeys, chickens, deer to name a few in the area. They also kept us entertained! We absolutely loved our time here. The staff, management, owners all so wonderful. The house is perfect! We can't wait to come back! Thank you!
