This gorgeous property is newly built, features a 70” Smart TV flat screen in living, additional TV in one Bdrm, two beautiful bedrooms with closet, chest drawers in each room both bedrooms with king beds, and ceiling fans. Perfect for a relaxing stay with family or a romantic interlude for two couples. A short 10 minute walk to restaurants, grocers, shops, pickleball and tennis MultiSport courts. Edgewater Villas offers beach chairs, beach towels, beach coolers, our vacation rental are newly built, modern spacious 2b/2ba unit, Kitchen is equip with coffee maker, dishes, pot, pans & utensils for cooking and eating, dishwasher, stainless kitchen sink, tall faucet, Stove electric glass top 5 burners stove top 1 warming burner with vent at rear of stovetop for bottom convection oven, Above Microwave & Vent, Refrigerator freezer. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave dishwasher empty. Any dish left outside or inside dishwasher is considered Dirty dishes & will incur extra cleaning fees of $100. Hand wash pots/pans, steak knives and Salad utensils.
Remove your trash out of unit and dispose at local dumpster bins. Do not leave spills or debris on floors, table or counters. Extra cleaning fees will apply of $100.
Return AC temperature to 79 degrees. Turn off all lights, close exterior doors. $100 Extra fees will incur if AC temperatures not adjusted to 79 degrees when departed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not leave windows or doors open anytime; nor leave open food indoors or outdoors. Do not feed the birds or any other animal from property
Adult Pool Area: No children below age 15 in pool area, without Adult parent. No pets allowed in pool area. No vaping allowed anywhere on property
Please do not stain bath towels. Please wash/dry and put away clean dishes. Clean spills on stovetop, counters or floors with wipes under k. sink.
