  • Enjoy this conveniently located 1bdrm/1ba boutique villa. With its well-appointed/fully air conditioned interior, private balcony and additional lounge deck, this unit is perfect for couples retreat and/or persons seeking a quiet Caribbean getaway.

    Sea Grape Villa @ House 146

    Relax island-style in this clean, tastefully furnished and recently renovated boutique villa.

    Our hilltop location and private outdoor balcony. The interior is equipped with a pillow top queen bed, living room with sofa, full kitchen, counter-top dinning, full bath with shower and a 42in smart tv. Also fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, the interior space is the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach.

    As a courtesy, we also stock the unit with beach towels, beach chairs and coolers for your beach going needs.

    Conveniently located:
    We are just a 3 minute drive from Cruz Bay where there are a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shops and night time entertainment.The beautiful beaches of St. John are also only minutes away.

    Complimentary WIFI is provided.

    There is an adjoining (similarly appointed) two bedroom/one bath villa unit on property (Sugar Apple @ House 146) that may also be booked if additional accommodations are needed.
