Enjoy A/C throughout, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious, breezy decks with panoramic ocean views. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, while a private third bedroom sits below with direct access to the pool, creating a layout that’s both playful and perfect for privacy.
The expansive outdoor living spaces feature multiple dining areas, a grill, sun loungers, a swimming pool, and a soothing hot tub. Located just 8–10 minutes by car from Cruz Bay, Phoenix by the Sea is a private, laid-back house where you can relax, dine outdoors, and make unforgettable island memories in a home full of warm, authentic Caribbean character.

Island Living Reminder: Like many homes on St. John, this property does not have a generator or backup power. Occasionally, island-wide power outages may occur and can temporarily affect electricity, water pressure, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Our stay on St. John was amazing. We had some issues arise, and the management team with TLC villas went above and beyond to help us with our stay. I would definitely book with them again if given the chance!
