"Staff charged us an additional $50 deposit even though we had paid in full through an app. People above is were fighting all night. Three half sized pillows on regular queen size beds. Clean. The continental breakfast left something to be desired."

"The parking area did not feel safe. The room was not very clean. We found 3 socks from previous residents when we were double checking the room before we left. I signed up with two adults and one child for our double queen size room. They would only give us two towels at a time and I had to take them down to the desk to get fresh ones. The morning of our second day I took down the dirty towels and requested clean ones. I was told they would not be avaible until 9 am. The event we were in Gainesville for started at 7 am. The pool is greena and brown and a dirty sock was floating it. Also, when we arrived there were two dirty mattresses on the ground near the pool and trash overflowing in the breeze ways. It was not a good stay."

"You could tell this was an older property. Rooms were dated and bathroom wasn’t too nice. No tissues. There was a little bit of musty smell to the room. "

"About the only thing going for this hotel was the location to casino (of course) and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and the spa tub in the room was good. The lock on the door didn't work, we did use the latch or fold out latch. The TV was too small for the space and you couldn't turn the volume or channel when laying in the bed. Had to be right in front of the TV. The shampoo bottle in front of the spa tub was used, barely had any in it. The carpet was coming up pretty significantly around the border from front door tile to room flooring. The sink in the bathroom sprayed you if you turned it on more than a trickle. The shower was fine until you tried to move and it would creak loudly and made you feel you might fall through. The pillows on the bed were like 4x4's, not regular size. To close the curtains for privacy, the curtains hung over the a/c unit and kinda in the way. The place needs upgrades. It was grossly overpriced! We won't ever stay there again unless upgrades are made and/or the price significantly reduces. We have stayed at way better hotels for a third of what we paid. Unfortunate experience, but we made the best of it. "
