3 gentlemen were able to book 3 rooms,
full english breakfast was excellent.
Too quiet to dine at night but was recommended good
restaurants near by.
Not too far to walk to town centre.
Close to the centre, but in a quiet street. Room was great, good amenities. Breakfast and dinner were very good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was ok, plenty of room for clothes in the wardrobe, comfortable bed, spare pillow, tea and coffee making facilties, clean. They only put enough shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom for one person (although they happily gave me more when asked), and there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang up clothes - a hook on the back of the door or the wall would have been helpful.
The pool is advertised as heated, but it wasn't. The pool area wasnt crowded, but not all loungers had cushions.
The hotel is located on a main road in a residential area, and at night it was quite noisy with people shouting outside.
Overall, it was worth the rate we paid.
This is a very pleasant hotel. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. It is a nice walk from the centre of town in a quiet and safe residential area offering very good value. A good base to discover St Helier from.
A very friendly, relaxed hotel. Very good food if you fancy eating in.
Inside decor very clean and relaxing.
Outside could do with a lick of paint and the windows need a wipe.
Such a shame it lacked a safe and fridge in the room.
But still felt safw leaving belongings in room.
But overall, a very nice stay.
Would definitely use again.
Well done to the team!!!
Comfortable. Premium room. All condiments. Trouser press (useful this occasion!) Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast good, but service a little lacking. (Problem with many hotels on Jersey as result of Brexit). Exceptional food in restaurant though.

Average stay
We enjoyed our stay in the Hampshire and the good points outweighed the bad however a few improvements could be made, in room 14 the room furniture ie: wardrobe and chest of drawers looked ancient , they needed a lick of paint or replaced, the windows were filthy and you could hardly see out of them and on our departure, we checked out and all the lady receptionist said no charges on your room, that was it, no thanks for staying with us or have a safe journey home, really need some customer service training, would i stay again if i visited Jersey , probably not, i am sure better and cheaper out there !!
Staff are really friendly and helpful. Lovely dining room and bar area to sit and relax

Ok but wouldn’t return
Paid to be upgraded to premier room, but unfortunately both rooms we had were not well sound proofed. Every noise from people on the floor above was heard throughout night, lots of creaking from people walking around upstairs.
Had a lovely stay, we booked bed and breakfast but ate few evening meals, food delicious, Philip and Joaqim brilliant staff in the bar and restaurant, Lizzie the lovely lady on reception is so helpful, friendly, couldn't do enough for you, great staff all round, swimming pool area real good too, would recommend
Staff are excellent, food excellent, room very comfortable.
A really great hotel, looking forward to returning.
Greta value for money as well

Not bad
I liked the hotel and the room, but It was very cold in my room, even if the heat was on. And second thing I disliked that I could hear absolutely everything from the room close to mine.
For us the hotel was perfectly located. A bit out of town. A ten min walk and you are in the centre of St Hellier.
The room was well equipped and very clean and well maintained.
The whole hotel was also very clean and well maintained.
The staff were great. Very attentive and one even leant us her umbrella when we were going out in the rain.
We never ate dinner there but we did have breakfast. It's hard to nudge when we're in this pandemic as the breakfast may have been different at normal times. There were freshly baked pastries and yoghurt and fruit available. As well as cereal. A full english was available. The food came really quickly. The cooked breakfast was nice enough and did a job but wasn't amazing.
I would stay here again happily.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and happy to help. The on site restaurant was excellent, although the menu is quite limited so if you spend any extended period of time here you’ll eventually start having to repeat yourself with what you have for dinner.
My only real complaint is regarding noise. There was a party on the first night of my stay which went on with very loud music until midnight. I only managed to get to sleep at a reasonable hour because I was dead on my feet from getting up so early. The first I was told of this was as I checked in, and I was offered nothing for the inconvenience other than a passing apology.
