"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students.
After contacting Hotels.com
several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back.
Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund.
Keep up the good work Hotels.com
Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions.
But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"Can’t fault this lovely hotel and the wonderful staff they look after you till you feel embarrassed by their excellent hospitality thank you guys 👍👍👍"
"No instructions at all, none of the four bedroom tv's had working remotes battery issues. Parking permit only adjacent house limited across street. Raised issue no response from owners.Terrible attitude made stay uncomfortable. Needs to be addressed. Central heating low knocking in pipes had to be turned off at night. Limited kitchen utensils and crockery. Rubbish a major issue. Lounge and bedrooms good beds comfy. Wifi good. Shame had to worry about parking neighbour said some people were summoned. "
