Amazing Updated Retreat with Fully Stocked All Seasons Game Room!

2 bedroom 1 bath home that is handicap accessible. Sleeps 10 with updated mattresses in both bedrooms that are very comfortable. You can start your ride directly from the driveway to Orv snowmobile trails and thousands of acres of state land and beautiful all-sports Lake St Helen! This home offers So much! The Super large living room with a complete open concept all the way from the kitchen to the dining area throughout. Camp-fire pit and completely fenced in back yard with a grill. This game room is a one of a kind that has a full size air hockey table, card/game table, cocktail table with an assortment of video games. There is also a WiI game under the living room TV. All TV's in this home provide Netflix, Peacock TV and Pluto. Lake Saint Helen is just few miles from the house. Higgins Lake, Houghton Lake and West Branch are all about a 20min drive. Many activities while in St Helen 4th of July fireworks, mudbog in August, swimming, fishing, hunting, trail riding or just relaxing. So bring your clothes and food and your all set to have a great time.

Great place!

The house is spacious and very clean with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable. My family enjoyed the game room and nice backyard too. We would enjoy staying there again.

Great place to stay

In town to spend 4th of July with family - they have 4 other cabins in St. Helen and are packed for the 4th weekend with friends, grandkids, etc. so decided to rent a place - the place was great - it was spacious and offered all the amenities of home - especially enjoyed the outdoor deck area and backyard - it was too warm for a campfire but the wood was stacked and ready to go. Had a question for Connie (the landlord) - she responded immediately - thumbs up - can't go wrong renting this home - definitely would rent again

Great stay

This is a great place to stay for a weekend of riding! King bed is extremely comfortable, which is not super common in these rentals! Game room is a fun extra, plenty of space and open concept makes it great for small groups. Easy check in / check out. Would stay again. Driveway is long enough for a truck and trailer which was nice.

Great Vacation

Wonderful home! Had everything we could need. St. Helen Lake was great, rented a pontoon and had a great time fishing and swimming. The amenities were fun at the house during our down time. It was a great vacation and the home was perfect.

Great location to explore St. Helen and the surrounding area

This St. Helen house had everything we needed, was clean and organzied, and had more than enough room to spread out. The location was great for exploring the trails around St. Helen and the surrounding area. Short ride/drive to West Branch, Clear Lake, Rose City, etc. It was exactly as advertised, and we will stay here again the next time we are in the area. Hosts were more than accomodating and communication was quick and easy.

Family time

We really enjoyed our stay. The game room was a big hit and filled in the rain time gaps when we weren't riding. Definitely appreciated the fenced in yard for the dogs! Everyone enjoyed having their own TV in their rooms as well. Thank you!!

Great spot, great extras, and a great time!

We LOVED this property! Communication was easy and quick, perfect central location in the state, quiet neighborhood, loved the extra amenities (air hockey, arcade game, Wii, and nice fire pit & chairs), plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out, and a great backyard and deck area to grill and relax, and close enough to everything needed for a proper Michigan summer vacation (public beach, boat launch, dock for fishing, and playground). Really can’t say enough about this spot. Thank you so much for the BEST time!

Family vacation

My family and I had an amazing time. The house was perfect. After enjoying some time at the lake we came back to the house and enjoyed smores around the campfire using the generous size wood that was provided for a small fee. It was nice not having to go and try to find wood. My sons also enjoyed playing the Wii, pac man, and dig dug.

5 Plus Stars!!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed at this absolutely beautiful home. It was spacious, nicely decorated with two bedrooms that comfortably fit us all. We didn’t use the game room or the outdoor amenities but look forward to going back in the summer to enjoy it all. The location was convenient to the ORV trails which made it easy for us to ride. I would rent this home over and over again. It really is a gem.

We’ve stayed at lots of different properties in/around St Helen. This property has everything we needed. (Except a pizza cutter lol) Dean and Connie have a great set up for our family of 6. 2 adults and 4 kids aged 17-7 had plenty of space and the game room was a huge hit! Beds were comfy and I love having a washer and dryer. Thanks for a great home away from home.

Perfect Cabin for a Family

We enjoyed this property! It was clean and had everything we needed. We brought our 17 month old and dog with us. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for having a busy toddler and dog. No bath tub but the sink was plenty big enough to bathe our toddler. We loved the Pac Man table. The Roscommon Zoo is a must visit! Nice bonus to be able to do a load of laundry before continuing our trip to meet family camping. I would recommend this property!

Great Stay!

We stayed in this rental for a couple nights. The house was clean, comfortable and fun for the whole family. My husband and son especially liked the game room. Having two young kids with us, it was nice that there were two beds in each room so we were able to be with both kids at night. It had snowed during our stay, and By the time we were getting up, someone was outside snow blowing the driveway and walk way! We had an issue with our code not working when we returned to the house on the first night, but Connie was very easy to reach and got it fixed for us very quickly! We had a great stay and would stay here again.
