Black Bear Hideaway is the perfect destination for a lakeside adventure or a peaceful vacation in Wisconsin's Northwoods in any season! Step outside to over 2000’ of lakefront on Little St. Germain Lake, or cruise through the pine tree canopy on ATV, snowmobile or bike, the trails never seem to end.

Black Bear Hideaway is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome featuring an open concept living room and kitchen facing the lake. The owner suite with an attached bath has a queen bed and cozy Northwoods features, creating a restful place to end your memorable vacation day. A second bedroom has two twin bed bunk beds for your friends and family.

Enjoy the open concept living room and kitchen as you entertain or plan your next exploit into the great outdoors. The kitchen has been perfectly appointed to offer all of the necessities of your home kitchen. Cozy up around the gas fireplace after a long day or with your morning coffee before hitting the trails.

Black Bear Lodge Resort is nestled on 12 acres on the shore of Little St. Germain lake. The property has stationary charcoal grills and fire pits for the ultimate summer experience at the lake. A sandy beach area, boat docks and a child’s play ground add to the beauty of the property and offer fun for all ages.

St. Germain is conveniently located in the heart of Vilas County, home to over 500+ miles of snowmobile trails, 40+ miles of paved bike tails and just minutes from shops, restaurants and activities.

Family get away

As soon as we walked in and saw the view of the lake through the back windows we sighed and felt relaxed. We usually stay in Eagle River but decided to change things up and stayed in St Germain. This home is in such a serene location. Great place to kayak or hop on a wave runner or go fishing. The complex is quiet and neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook at home. Great coffee shops grocery store and of course ice cream shop just a few minutes down the road by car. Great place to take a morning or evening walk and see all the deer bald eagles and other wild life. Communication with property management was excellent!! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

Great clean and family friendly

We had a great time in this property. The beach and boat landing are just to the right and the property had Great Lake views. This is a condo property with other cabins on the property as well, so at times it could be noisy outside, but that’s expected with a condo. Very clean and we would definitely stay here again.

Family and ice fishing trip

All was good. I’ve stayed in the homes before so already familiar with them. Hiller was responsive to all of the questions I had. No issues checking in, arrival, or departure.

Snowmobiling trip to St Germain

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't thank the Hiller Vacation group enough for rescuing our recent snowmobiling trip, we initially arrive in St Germain to find there had been a total screw up by an online booking agency leaving us with no accomodations, fortunately one call to Hiller who quickly got us set up and in to the Black Bear which was extremely nice and perfectly located on the trails.
