This beautiful 1,507 sq. ft. vacation rental gives you the space and comfort you need to truly relax and enjoy your trip. Perfect for families of 4 to 6, you’ll have plenty of room to spread out—plus much better value than a hotel stay (with Bermuda hotel rooms averaging around $550 per night). Whether you're traveling with family or planning a trip with friends, this home is a great place to unwind and make lasting memories. We can’t wait to host you!
The house has two apartments downstairs, so someone will be on site if guests need assistance. There is no housekeeping service available, however basic cleaning products and a vacuum are in the unit if needed.
Additional rules: - Maximum of 6 occupants allowed - Electricity in Bermuda is very expensive. There are two ways that you can help minimize the expense: Each water heater has a light switch attached to it. You can turn it on about 10 minutes before needing hot water and turn it off before bed to preserve electricity. • The one for the master bathroom is in the walk-in closet. • The one for the guest bathroom is in the closet behind the guest bathroom door. • The one for the kitchen and laundry is located next to the short freezer in the laundry room. Each room has a standalone AC unit. Please be sure to turn off all units before leaving the house. - Events are allowed only with permission of the host. Additional cleaning fees may apply. - NO SMOKING inside or right outside of any entry doors at all; smoking is permitted outside on top porch or away from entry doors on main porch - NO PETS allowed - Spills on the furniture or carpets should be reported to the Host immediately so that cleaners can handle it - Renters shall be financially responsible for any property damage or missing inventory. - Quiet hours in respect of neighbors: 11:00pm - 8:00am; Noise both inside and outside the house should be kept at tolerable limits at all hours since there are two other apartments on the premises

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Place all used items (towels, wash clothes, dish rags, sheets, etc.) in the laundry room.
- Collect all trash from rooms and place trash bags in bins on car port. No food left on counters.
- Place all dishes in the sink
- Please turn off all lights, fans and ACs. Make sure water heater switches are turned off in laundry, master bedroom closet and guest bathroom.
- Lock all doors - front porch, laundry and front door. To lock front door simply close door and press the lock symbol. Ensure that all windows are down and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
