The staff was nice and extremely helpful. The room is like a studio older furniture. The rooms air conditioner did not work so well. For it to be so hot.

The property is in needs to bring the rooms to a comfort and updated level. Beds were uncomfortable and lining covers were old and smelled, pillows need replacement. lighting in the rooms is poor and the air conditioning did not work well, hard to get rest with bad air conditioner and bad bed.

The wi-fi is really terrible. Basically little to none in the rooms & it is only stronger if you’re near the pool or lobby. Water pressure in the shower is very low and plus the shower window wasn’t sliding so anybody can walk by and see you naked. Otherwise, staff was very pleasant. Beds were clean and air conditioning was strong.

Friendly staff
Absolutely friendly staff, close to city, airport, activities and local busses. The only issue we experience was the water flow which was low pressured. Also the hotel needs some remodeling. Above that we had a great time.

On arrival in Grenada, we were told by the hotel that our room (reserved and paid for some x4 months prior) was not available. While this was resolved eventually, the experience was considerably off-putting and totally unnecessary.

Family run hotel, we stayed there for the cricket in Feb. After problems with delayed luggage, the hotel could not do enough to help us. From the owner Mr Wilson downwards to his daughter Maria to all the staff nothing was too much trouble to them. Good location to beaches and airport will be paying another visit in the future.

We had to wait until someone got back from a break, or wherever he was to check in, approx 10 minutes. He couldn’t find our reservation and asked for a receipt. Lucky I had it. He was on the brink of rude, which is very unrepresentative of the people of Granada. He then ran off to check a room and didn’t come back for a while. When he did return, I asked for a room upstairs not the one on the ground floor he was putting us in. He then couldn’t run off again, so when we arrived to our room there were 6 cockroaches in the bathtub. I’m assuming he got rid of the ones in the lower room. The room was very run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. There was a dead plant outside our room that was being used as a litter box. The pool was dirty, the bottom covered in leaves. The only reason I booked it was because it was close to the airport on our way out. Had I known that there were many very nice places on the beach that were also only 5 minutes from the airport, I would have booked one of them.

The staff were really nice. The food was excellent. The pool was horrible. The pool looked like it was never cleaned or had chloride added to it. Next problem was that water kept going. I had to leave to go to the airport without taking a bathe.

Good night, thanks for your review, it is nice of you to take the time to do so. At the moment we are experiencing a very bad dry season in our country. Most of the hotels at the south of Island have to purchase truck loads of water to keep our hotel functioning.

The property owner, Maria, was very helpful and kind. Grenada was a new place for us and she made us feel safe. We did not know how to turn on the gas stove in the mini kitchen and she came and helped us figure out how it worked.

Nice Hotel Close to the Airport
This hotel is close to the airport and other main attractions of the island making our trip all the more enjoyable. The bus comes right by the front and allowed us to make our way through the city and back with ease

Hotel was not what i expected
Pool did not look inviting. Place needs an upgrade. Tv soo small. Fridge not working properly. Bathroom door has no lock. When 3 persons staying in a one room thats a major issue. Nothing happening in that place. Needs some pump. Ohh and the vault doesnt work....steups!!!

on arrival, we had the impression to disturb the staff when we wanted to check in. on site there was a birthday party the same night with DJ the room was in a state requesting renovation on departure, the staff was not able to call a taxi to the airport - a private person was persuaded instead

The place is very simple. The staff was helpfull.the place is cozy. There is a local food place across the road where you can get premium drinks and cuisine for a really affordable price.Also the hotel is very close to a modern bowling alley restaurant and bar

Clean and Amazing Staff
We stayed here while visiting a student at St George's University and had an amazing experience. It was our first time in Grenada and the trip was great. The staff are extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We would recommend staying here to anyone. It has the perfect location and there is a constant stream of buses and available taxes to transport you all over the island. The room was always very clean and the air conditioning was key!!

Gets the job done
You're not going to get much outside the resorts on islands like this. The room was clean enough, staff friendly enough. However, the plumbing was absolutely terrible. Two days into my stay, the second floor lost all water pressure, so I couldn't flush the toilet, and the faucets barely worked. The meals they serve at the hotel? Don't bother. Charged me $70 EC (about $26 USD) for a few slices of soggy toast, watery eggs, and tea loaded with milk and sugar. I'd be better off skipping breakfast than to eat that garbage again. But the people are nice enough, and the place is close enough to the airport.

The staff was wonderful. They were very accomodating and willing to answer questions about the island, culture, transporation system, food, etc. The rooms are a bit small and dated, but were fine for price we paid. Also, the rooms don't have a western-style bath tub.

The hotel is OK. It's in a good location, but across the street is an open air bar. They have live entertainment almost every night. The windows and the doors in the hotel are old and have gaps in them. So you can hear everything that is going on outside. The staff are not friendly.

Everyone very friendly and helpful.There were a few things wrong such as a blocked sink and missing light bulbs but these things were put right straight away. This hotel is within a mile of the airport, so no expensive taxi charges. In fact buses run every few minutes and charge about £0.50p.With only a few planes a day you do not have airport noise.I have been to four Caribbean islands and Grenada is by far the most attractive and friendly island.

We chose Point Salines based on price and proximity to the airport. It was the right choice. No frills but clean, comfortable and great personal attention from the owner himself. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive place with a nice pool and clean rooms.

Our plane was a little late we got to the hotel before the 10:30 deadline. The place was dark and locked up. If our taxi driver hadn't had the owner's cell phone number, I don't know what we would have done. He rousted him out of the shower. We had to wait another 15 minutes for him to come down. He was unapologetic

I gave it to my parents for their birthday guessing it was a good hotel but when they came back to venezuela they told me that most of the things in the hotels are not working.. the pool is green (dirty) when in the pics I saw it blue and don't say that!! the restauran don't work and they had to change the room because the door were break.. it's not the worse but there are things to improve

Nära flygplatsen
Ordning och reda på ett hotell 5 minuter från flygplatsen. I nörområdet finns ingenting att göra eller någonstans att äta. Det är bara som övernattning i nära anslutning till flyget. Om taxin knte känner till hotellet så säg att det är det gamla Fox Hotel!!
