Welcome to "WATERBIRD WATCH!" This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is surrounded by foliage creating a private tranquil experience. The exterior features a screened in private pool, enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station, and under-house concrete parking. The first floor boasts an open concept floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area provides plenty of seating for everyone in your party, Bose stereo system with XM radio for your listening pleasure. Sliding glass doors lead to the covered deck that overlooks beautiful Apalachicola Bay. The covered deck features plenty of seating and a gas grill. The dining table seats 8. The kitchen is well equipped with granite counters, backsplash and white appliances. The washer/dryer is located off the kitchen.

BEDS: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 single bunks

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, Sirius XM radio, Bose music system, chrysanthemum based exterior insect protection system, well equipped kitchen with granite tile counters and stainless appliances, tile flooring throughout main living areas, carpet in bedrooms, covered porches, screened porch, private pool, fish cleaning station, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, under-house concrete parking. This home has access to the Planation Clubhouse with community pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and fitness center.

PRIVATE POOL (Heated for an additional fee of $450 per week)

PET FRIENDLY (2 Dogs only. A $75 Non-refundable Pet Fee is required per dog.)

NO SMOKING

Guest privileges do include use of the Plantation Clubhouse, Plantation community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and fitness center.
