Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The property was everything we could have hoped for--it was spotlessly clean, high-end utensils/cookware/kitchen appliances. The location was perfect for beachtime, and the screened in deck was perfect for ocean viewing, relaxing and mealtime dining. We hope it will be available again for our yearly SGI visit!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The backyard is fenced but not ideal for dogs, they will get a lot of sand spurs in their paws. We ended up walking them on the bike trail near by which was nice. Overall a great location to the beach with a view

Perfect Beach Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come down with our toddler and loved this rental. It was perfect for our family with a small child. She was able to run around on the porch without us having to g to worry about her falling off and there was a fenced in back yard. Perfect distance from the beach. Maybe a minute walk across the street directly onto the beach. Very clean. We needed after hours assistance was were helped immediately. We loved it so much we added on a bother night to our stay. Would definitely book again.
