THIS PROPERTY IS A 2 BEDROOM 1 BATHROOM QUADRIPLEX WITH PRIVATE IN GROUND SWIMMING POOL. ENJOY YOUR OWN PRIVATE COTTAGE WITH FAMILY AND OR FRIENDS. IT PROVIDES SOME OF THE BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND AS IT IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH ACCESS ON 8TH STREET. YOU CAN SWIM IN THE GULF AND ENJOY THE PRISTINE SAND OF ST GEORGE OR SWIM IN THE POOL, IT HAS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. THE COTTAGES ARE ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE CENTER OF THE ISLAND WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPPING, AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU CAN FIND. A good property manager makes all the difference
Property as advertised. Clean & comfortable. Very easy walk to beach. Interior, exterior and grounds nicely done and comfortable. The local PM (Laura) was very helpful and responsive. We will book again next year.

This is a great little two bedroom. Perfect for Mom/Daughter trip. I have already recommended it to several friends. Love being across street from beach. We took advantage of the convienent golf cart rentals. Highly recomment

Great location
Was nice having the beach right across the street. Just pick up your beach chair and go. The apartment was very clean and the linens on the bed, fresh and crisp. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our fresh seafood. The pool was an added bonus. Was nice to take a dip in after our morning walks.

Great little cottage
Just what 2 friends traveling together needed. Great size, very clean with everything needed provided. Steps from the beach with very nice neighbors. Laura made check-in easy and was friendly and helpful when we met. Definitely on my list for a return trip!

Older property but HC accessible which is what we needed (no steps). Weather was colder and cloudy but right across street from beach! Good for older people. Walks along the beach were great!

Property is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and fairly quiet! Price was on point. NO stairs is a big plus. The pool needs some attention but nice to have at the end of the day on the beach. Laura the Property manager took good care of us and our needs. We would definitely stay thete again

Perfect cozy place
St George Island is full of large rental homes and it's hard to find a reasonably priced place to accommodate a smaller group of 4 people, and I'm so happy to have found Beach Bum Cottages, which has 4 cottages together that can house 4 people per cottage (2 bedrooms per unit). This is our second stay here, and we love it. Its the perfect size, close to the beach, clean and nicely furnished. The pool is clean and well maintained. The property manager is terrific and responds quickly to any questions that come up. I can't say enough nice things about it. Staying here again when we come back!
