Looking for a charming and cozy escape with good beach access? Then A Place In The Sun is for you! This spacious condo sits just across the street from the beach and offers nice Gulf views. Open living/dining/kitchen area has tile floors. Take a break from the beach and lounge by the shared pool, or enjoy a picnic on the semi-private sundeck. Multiple TVs/DVDs. Shared. laundry facilities. Just a short walk to the beach. Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay. Location is great - easy walk to the beach! Near restaurants, the cutest donut shop, and the ice cream shop! Accommodations are perfect for a small family. Of note, washer / dryer are not on the unit.

We would highly recommend A Place in the Sun. The unit is clean, comfortable, well decorated and in a great location. Check in and communication with the owners was easy. Even on rainy days the place was bright and inviting. Especially enjoyed reading on the deck when the sun was out.

Zero surprises. Pictures were an accurate depiction. Loved sitting on front balcony in the mornings and watching the sun rise and enjoyed the breeze and scenery in the evenings. Good pool area. Pool wasn't big but sufficient. We brought an umbrella with us to pool area to use on that table by the pool which made it more comfortable in the sun. Location was excellent. Beach access was directly across from unit and beach was very close. The beach wasn't crowded at all. About a mile away from downtown (completely walkable or bikable) and about a 3.5 mile bike ride to entrance of state park. Would love to come back

Such a nice “place in the sun” it had everything we needed for our trip. Check in was easy. Owners were ready and willing to accommodate! Bathroom could be updated, but it was not a huge deal considering we were never inside. We love the area and will be back soon! Thanks!

Such a cute little place to stay with family & friends! We had all we needed and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, store fronts and restaurants. Loved the area and low key atmosphere. Definitely on our return list!
