My initial room smelled of smoke and had moldy grout in the bathroom. I requested a room change and the other room on the 2bd floor was cleaner.

There are extremely limited options for this county, outside of Summerville, which was a long drive to our destination for the week. We chose this one because it had a fairly good rating and was 20 minutes from our destination. The room looked nice, until I went in the bathroom. The shower curtain was stained mildew pink. The toilet paper holder was missing from the wall, replaced by a sloppy patch of white spackle, with the tp sitting on the back of the toilet tank. The toiletries supplied were barely enough for two people to each take one shower, but at least they were refreshed the next morning. The only food around was a coffee machine at the front desk. The town of Dorchester itself is almost a ghost town, but at least had a couple restaurants.

It's a nice, clean place to lay your head for the night. This is our second time here in the last 9 months. Beds were comfortable, rooms fairly up to date. I feel safe staying there and for the price it's a good deal. The absolute only complaints, need four towels in a room for four people and 4 pillows per a bed would be nice. Honestly I will stay there again.

Never Again!
When we got there, at 3am, the front desk employee was outside, barefoot! He looked as if he was tweeking on some hard drugs. He also looked as if he got sick all over himself! It was too late to get another room, plus this was a non-refundable hotels.com booking, so we stayed. Woke up at 9:30am, went to the office to ask for abt 30 hours extra mins for check out, the front desk was happy to assist, but this man (different from the night before) also had stuff all over his shirt! All in all, the room was ok, but wont ever stay here again! Thinking the owners paid people for the good reviews!

One of my worst experiences ever... I PAID "$40 for a breakfast and got a small sandwich (bun, 1 egg and 2 strips of bacon) and a medium coffee... Even worse: I had to wait about 15 minutes just to learn that I should go back to the reception desk to get a voucher and, no explanation given, get back in line another 10 minutes...
