This newly built 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath townhome is perfect for any occasion! Borrowed Time comfortably sleeps 12 guests, or up to 13 guests with the assistance of a twin air mattress. Enjoy a slow morning on the balcony, sipping on a hot cup of coffee, while watching a beautiful sunrise. Spend your days in the sun lounging next to the resort style pool, challenging each other to a game of pickleball, or venture out to one of the many National and State parks in Southern Utah. Back at home, cook a dinner that everyone will love in the fully equipped kitchen. Host a game night on the shuffleboard or with the board games provided. Great location. Beautifully decorated . This property accommodated our family nicely. We had 8 adults, five year old, a toddler and a baby. We did have to bring a pack and play ( there was one in the home) and a high chair. It is close to the pool and clubhouse which was convenient with the kids. The property manager was helpful and responded promptly to our requests. Thanks

Great location in Ocotillo Springs!!
Perfect location in Ocotillo Springs! Right next to the club house and feet away from the local pool. The pool area is smaller than we expected, but it did the trick for the day we spent there. The townhome is nice and spacious. If you are an OCD clean freak like I am, you’ll find the property is a little dirty and needs a general deep cleaning. Other than that, it’s a great location with plenty of room.
