This vacation rental is perfect for your vacation rental getaway! This one-level home offers so much to enjoy! The living room has plush couches and room to seat 7. Lovely new home with everything you could ever need for your stay. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Kitchen shelves labeled with items that belonged was nice. Very nice neighborhood. Everything worked!!!
The house was just as described, clean, and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed. Favorite part was the location to amazing trails for running and biking!
Good location. House was nice and clean. We loved the additional ice in the icemaker. You may want to replace the shower head in the master bath. It was like a stream of high pressure.
Property was very clean and orderly; kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We have celiacs in our family so we have to cook on site.
Our daughter, son-in-law and infant joined us for a few days, too, so we had 5 adults and a 9 month old. It was great!
This home was beautiful and spacious, I especially loved the covered patio & BBQ. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans which I love as I love to cook. The only thing I would suggest would be to have some plastic wrap on hand as we had a hard time trying to cover leftovers and we didn't think to buy it at the store when we were there, and maybe a clock in the bedrooms. Beautiful area, would definitely stay here again!!
It was clean and new. Very quiet and fit our needs. It didn’t feel welcoming with the numerous signs/instructions placed through out the house in “what not to do”. It seemed a bit much and didn’t feel welcoming.

The ad described the home as "NEW" and the pictures were nice. Once inside the house it was obviously new and extremely clean. No dust or anything. I was impressed. Simple check in and check out instructions along with constant communications from the property manager.
Property was clean and well kept. In a brand new development so there was construction going on. Everything is labeled as far as how many cups, towels , etc. however the number on those labels does not match up. So don’t stress yourself out. Otherwise the property was perfect and clean.
New and clean home with everything as advertised, but two comments for improvement:
1) front door lock needs to be improved for unlocking. Had to use code several times to unlock door,
2) not everyone has tv streaming subscriptions. It would be great if owner could pay for basic cable to at least have sports channels like ESPN and tnt for example.
The property itself was great, had everything we needed, great location for getting to all the mountain bike trails (we could even bike to Church Rocks right from the house), and the pool/hot tub were an added bonus. Upon arrival it was clear the property had not been cleaned, but the property manager address it right away and bent over backwards to make sure all was well. Only complaint was the choice to only supply a Keurig coffee maker and no pods to go with it, so we had no way to make coffee on the first morning (rule #1, don't mess with people's coffee). We ended up buying a coffee maker to use with the coffee we brought, as we're not fans of Keurigs. Would suggest letting guests know what to expect with the coffee situation.
Nice house, convenient location, neighborhood under construction.
When I stayed at this property with my family the house was very new. Very clean. I suspect I was one of the first people to book it. The house has 3 bedrooms with a decent size living room. The living room has very impressive amount of ceiling lights. When you turn them all on it feels like daylight which helps during long winter evenings. The house is well stocked with blankets, dishes, towels, etc. The furniture is nice and mostly solid. The only exception is the bed frame in the master bedroom which may not have been assembled correctly. If you are sharing the bed with someone, be prepared to be rocked every time the person turns. There are big TVs in every bedroom in addition to the living room. Every TV has a cable and internet TV connections. You can plug in your Netflix, Hulu, etc. credential and binge watch shows in separate bedrooms instead of interacting with the pesky people you decided to spend your vacation with. This said there was not a single Blu-Ray or DVD player in the house. The location is convenient about 10 min from St. George and an hour and 10 min to Brian Head if you want to go skiing. Relatively close to highway.
Some annoyances: The yard is tiny and has zero privacy. The yard backs to a park with a playground but to get to the playground you need to either walk around the whole neighborhood or drive - no direct way to get there. There is road noise from the highway. Since this is a new neighborhood, there were 5 houses being constructed within a hundred yards from the house. You do not need an alarm as at 7:30 you wake up to the sounds of saws, machinery and loud hammering. There are some interesting things happening around the neighborhood. For a couple of night there were a whole bunch of trailers with dune buggies parked all over the street. Then the people across the street for some reason set up a grill in their frond yard and managed to make rather spectacular smoky fires of burning meat while reacting very loudly to the fact that the meat was burning. You have to be loud when it is 35 degrees outside and you need to talk to someone in the house when all the doors and windows are closed. This happened I think 3 nights in a row. Last thing to note is that there is I presume the owner's car in the garage. Therefore you can park only one car in there in case you arrive in multiple cars.
Excellent stay. Our air mattress had a hole and they were quick to deliver a new one. Perfect location close to bike trails. I do wish it had bigger beds as the sleeping situation was not ideal for as many adults as we had.
