Kokopelli Condo in Sports Village Resort near Zion NP/Tuachan/Bryce

Charming Kokopelli condo that comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Recently remodeled flooring and bathroom. Located at Sports Village Resort with many amenities. Covered parking provided for your convenience as well. Close to Zion/Tuachan.

This quiet condo is located on the second floor (10 stairs up) with its own private access and has covered parking. A 55" flat screen TV in living room and a 40" flat screen TV in bedroom. Fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large soaking tub in bathroom. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 4 with a comfortable king size bed as well as a queen sized sofa sleeper. Extra sheets and blankets are provided. You also have access to a new washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. This condo has a private deck with outdoor seating as well. High speed wireless internet is provided along with HULU live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.
Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 large pools (family one is heated) and adult lap pool is not.
-2 Jacuzzi's
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

First VRBO experience

Our first time ever using VRBO was a good experience over all. We really enjoyed the condo we stayed in. Clean lovely and comfortable. Neighbors with very small children were rather loud but that is what you get for condo living.We will definitely return in the future.The area of ST George was beautiful and a ton of fun things to do.

Great little get away spot!

It was such a great spot we are booking again! I love this little condos homely environment. The huge tub, the mirrors, the best part was not the huge king bed, it was the rocker recliner chair. Great and honest host!

The condo was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the patio furniture every day as the sun shines on the deck from noon until sunset. The condo is perfectly located in St. George and the views are beautiful.

Condo was exceptionally well stocked, my only negative comments would be the older carpet, some tired linens, and a sofa that may still work well as a bed but is not comfortable for sitting. Overall, we were very satisfied. The resort is great - lots of activities, and the adults only pool area was very nice. Lovely grounds.

Perfect St George spot for biking trails & soccer tournament

Great location. Well kept unit on second floor. Some noise from 3rd floor tenants heard between 9-10pm each night. Otherwise quiet. Very communicative and helpful owners. The clubhouse had a plumbing leak a month before we got there and projected to be fixed in 1-2 months. Would happily stay here again.

We are somewhat spoiled and this was just okay. Kind of small, needs updating and smelled funny. But the bed was comfortable and the complex was quiet and clean. Overall, it was fine. I did appreciate that the hosts provided water, condiments, and other niceties, but no kleenex, and they asked us to empty trash to dumpster and start laundry, which seemed wrong when we are paying a cleaning fee.

Great couples getaway place

This condo is just as advertised. It was actually cleaner and in better condition than what we could see of most of the other units and the property in general. It has really been well cared for. The location got us out of traffic but kept us close enough to run into town easily when we wanted to dine out. Plenty of convenient parking. Small kitchen is adequate (although there isn't much storage space for food). The deck was sheltered from the wind and faced the sun! The bedroom has a king-sized bed. I found it very comfortable. My wife thought it was less comfortable than I did, but even so she thought it was fine. We spent a good deal of time watching college basketball. The TVs were of good quality. We brought an AppleTV and logged in to our own streaming services. The wifi was more than adequate to handle it. Having Hulu provided was nice. There are several units in the building, but noise was not an issue. A note on the sports facilities: The pools and hot tubs were closed most of the time (in March). The pool by the clubhouse was open the first day, but then it was closed the rest of the week. In general the gym owned by the development company is a bit shabby as are the tennis and pickle ball courts. The gym was the only of these that we used. It was okay, but a bit dirty, cramped and virtually all of the equipment was older and had issues. None of that was any real inconvenience. We would happily return for another getaway.
