Luxury and comfort! “Red Rock Peace” villa at the Ledges offers you both with the opportunity to fully unwind. This exceptionally spacious townhome offers room for your whole group or family to experience a truly serene vacation. Expertly furnished and decorated, this 2,700 sq. ft. villa offers ample natural light, comforts of home throughout 4 quiet, en suite bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with room for up to 15 guests.

Come relax on our oversized outdoor patio with breathtaking views of the 18th hole or experience an ideal evening around the gas firepit and the chance to gaze above at all the stars in our Dark Sky community. This is the perfect place to get away from all the hustle of the daily grind.

The Ledges of St. George is set against the backdrop of majestic red and white sandstone mountains enveloping the whole resort. A refuge for golfers, outdoor and backcountry enthusiasts alike. The resort is only minutes away from the entrance of Snow Canyon State Park and other wilderness and recreation areas. One can find ample hiking, biking, world-famous rock climbing, rappelling and numerous multi-use (i.e., equestrian, ATV, etc.) trails. Red Rock Peace offers an exceptional blend of luxury and scenic beauty for a memorable stay in Southern Utah.

This villa offers beautifully designed common areas boasting all the luxuries needed for your stay. Curtain rod was half missing on great room window; no way to close curtain at night. Dishwasher needs maintenance. Garage has ping pong table in it so car could not be pulled in. Kitchen faucet needs repair. Be sure and check fire pit for propane on arrival. Outdoor chairs on patio were all broken. The maintenance crew is very responsive on anything they can help with and arrive within hours. The location is perfect and the pool was very nice. New owners just need to review the interior. We enjoyed the spaciousness and overall ambience.

Wonderful time! House clean, bright, spacious and well furnished, Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Pool table, table tennis and hot tub on premises provided family fun. We also enjoyed the pickle ball courts and community pool. We are coming back!

Family Thanksgiving

Great venue and location for amazing access to hikes, biking, golf & St. George. Condo is as advertised, well laid out, nice amenities with great views. Would love more patio furniture as there is space to sit outside around the hot tub. We had 4 cooks in the kitchen making Thanksgiving dinner and it work just fine. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
