Fairway Oasis is a beautiful 1,812 sq foot home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Wonderful stay

My family recently stayed while visiting southern Utah. The home was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was very nice and all neighbors friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rental, we’ll be back!

Overall a great vacation rental in a nice development. As golfers we were pumped to be right on the course, but because of some big bushes you don’t have a good view from the back patio. Didn’t get to play the course because they were closed for maintenance, but we will next time as it looks pretty nice. Short walk to the pool and pickleball courts, no need to drive. Enjoyed the upstairs patio with the fire pit every night!

Nice property - excellent communication, very clean and in a great location - quiet, yet close to St. George. Great 5 day hangout. Only con was the lack of live television - it either wasn’t available, or there were no instructions on how to access it.

Great Condo in beautiful area

Loved this property. It is totally as represented on VRBO. Management was great. Only downfall was too few chairs in pool area and many were broken. Otherwise, I highly recommend this condo.
