Cozy updated Las Palmas Family Paradise Retreat

This recently updated 1,200-square-foot condo has all the comfortable furnishings needed to feel right at home, yet still on vacation. It features two large bedrooms and two baths. The master suite has a king-size bed with smart TV, a roll-away twin bed, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk bed, and a smart TV. This condo has a complete kitchen that offers a breathtaking view to inspire and soothe while providing everything you need to cook and entertain, including stainless steel appliances, a microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. The open-concept family and dining areas include a wood-burning fireplace, table and chairs, air conditioning, and a 48" flat-screen TV with cable. There is also a full-size washer and dryer and a large patio with a barbecue grill. Bring the family for games, puzzles, and fun times for all! Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for the vacationer in us all. This condo, #408, is a second floor end unit located in building 4 that backs up to the beautiful views of the mesas and red rocks in St. George. The property features six pools, a heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, diving pool, lap pool, hot tubs, a mini golf area, fitness gym, pickle ball and basketball courts, tennis, an on-site roller rink, a ninja gym, and walking trails. Bring your outdoor vehicles and ride them onto the trails adjacent to the property. These amenities will surely entertain a variety of ages for hours and you will not be disappointed when you walk into this gorgeous home away from home.

What a view from the balcony! I couldn’t ask for anything different here. Great location, great pools and the condo had everything you need, even the little stuff in the kitchen like foil and cooking spray that a lot of places don’t stock.

We loved our stay!!

This was a very comfortable condo to stay in...the perfect size for 4 people. Its location is great and the activities at the resort were fun. It had everything we were looking for. My only suggestion would be to add some ceiling fans. Even though the a/c unit works awesome, I really love the movement of air that ceiling fans provide. Overall, its a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Thank You!!

Fun St George spot

We loved the view from the back deck! It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only thing we wished was different was the temperature of the water in the pools. We’re guessing the pools aren’t heated because of the climate in southern Utah, but it wasn’t a big deal. We would love to stay again!

Clean and plenty of room. We have stayed at Las Palamos several times and love it. The only problem this time was that 2 big pools were closed for the weekend. That was very disappointing since we were planning on swimming. Other than that it was great.

This is a great condo. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. King bed was very comfortable, and plenty of space in the condo for our family of 5. Kids loved the bunk beds. We had a very minor issue during the stay and the owners responded immediately and we were able to easily resolve. Great communication. Definitely recommend this property and we would look for this one when we come again.

We had one issue with the booking. The listing mentioned that it sleeps up to 7 people, which it does. However, When we booked the stay we listed 5 people would be staying because we weren't sure if our adult children would be able to make it or not. A week before our stay our adult children confirmed that they would be able to join us for part of the stay. A few days before our booking I was reading over the fine print regarding check in information and noticed that there was an additional $10 fee per day if more than six guests were staying at the property. After contacting the host, we expected to pay an additional $20, but were charged $50, which was more than the $10 per day that we expected. Despite this issue the property was clean, in a great location and was a comfortable stay.
