"Hot tub needed to have chemicals added. Had a little smell to it, but pretty clean… house keepers came into our room while we had the do not disturb sign on the door for our entire stay. Front desk at check out said he would talk to management about a credit, but no one will call me back. Hotel has great activities to keep kids entertained. Basketball, pickleball, mini golf. Breakfast was great! And the staff at the breakfast was so friendly and kind. "

"Clean room and nice warm water in the pool. The reason I’m giving a low score is because the pool was just outside my room and you could hear everyone talking or splashing at the pool. Also the room was closed to the machine room and you can feel all the noise and vibrations at night. Stay as far away as possible from the pool if you want to rest. "

"The hotel staff was very accommodating showcasing true hospitality from every aspect. The ONLY thing that I’m upset about is being charged a $30 dollar destination fee WITHOUT an introduction upon arrival because it’s actually a very nice touch; providing drinks upon arrival, daily F&B credit, bike rentals, WIFI, in which we did not get to experience because nobody explained during the check in process. So essentially I was charged $30 for nothing. I would professionally have the front desk agent review this with guest upon arrival. "
