"Room was comfortable and breakfasts had a remarkably wide selection. The location was very convenient to Aircoach stop and to other transit. We only called a cab once during our stay, the rest of the time we were able to get where we needed quickly enough by walking or using buses. The neighborhood where this hotel is located was very peaceful and quiet. There is a beautiful canal a short distance away."

"Everyone on the staff we had contact with was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was available in two places, is the same in either one and is very good. An excellent assortment of choices should please everyone. We did have a loud group that seemed to hang around our hallway until very late which was unfortunate. Overall we would definitely recommend the RUI."

"If you want to get away from irish music and youre looking for a hotel in dublin that plays live Indian music this is your hotel. A nice clean hotel. the rooms are tiny you have to turn sideways to walk past your travel partner. the beds were comfortable and clean , the bath room clean everything worked. Its kind of in an industrial area so get a cab to get to what ever youre hoping to do. I did not buy the breakfast I only wanted the coffee. staff was on me to pay for every cup like i was at a bar......bruh,i paid 290 euros for a room im not the clientele that will steal a machine coffee for 4 euros i can get anywhere."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. From the time we arrived until check out the staff was accommodating and very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The spa access was a wonderful way to enjoy a little downtime. The location is perfect To easily get around d the city."

"I liked the location, it is walking distance to all the major bus tours The place itself is very clean, I felt safe. The staff was always very helpful. My room was very clean, the water pressure is great. The food options in the lower level are a little limited however what they do serve is very tasty. I highly recommend & would stay again"

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel but did have an issue with the Leisure Centre. We asked at reception what time did the Centre close to children and were told that it was 8pm that night. We got our non verbal autistic son ready and brought him to the pool only to be told by the LC staff that it was too late. We went back to reception to clarify and two very helpful receptionists said that the LC had been told it was 8pm and they'd accompany us down with a copy of an internal email. When we got there the LC staff wasn't agreeing with the Receptionist. As we stood there our son got upset so we left. You can imagine how upset our son was. It tainted our stay at the hotel"
