"The property sits on a very hilly slope which was not only strenuous but exhausting. Day 2 at night, I realized I didn’t have hot water, especially at night which was very uncomfortable. My toilet handle was loose and I had to push it in and turn it to flush the toilet. I lost a ring and the staff attempted to help me find it but I’m not sure how it went missing and never turned up. I didn’t receive any help going down the hill to check-out but I also didn’t request it. I’ve been to other hotels that are on slopes and they usually will take people back and forth on carts. I asked if they could notify me if they found my ring and was told no before leaving to the airport.
I only ate breakfast there one day which was good and the fruit was fresh.
I really hate and usually don’t write a negative review but I would want to see this before booking.
The room was basic. The fixtures are a bit crooked and there wasn’t any way to plug up phone cords and etc without unplugging the tv, in which I did.
The property is a short walk from the beach with a beautiful view, which is nice and some nearby eateries. The country was absolutely beautiful but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend."
"The most enjoyable and accommodating vacation, thanks to the wonderful staff and amazing amenities especially the delicious dishes at The Spice Restaurant. The people are very friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend.
Loved it. Jess!"
"From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service.
The property itself is stunning, well maintained with breathtaking views, luxurious décor, and an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and waking up each morning felt like a dream.
Dining at the resort was an experience in itself. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone, and the service at each restaurant was top-tier.
The ocean views are just breathtaking. The attention to detail throughout the resort is unmatched.
What stood out the most was the level of customer service, staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. It felt personalized, not just professional.
Overall, this resort delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. I can’t wait to return!"
"This resort is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Grand Anse Beach. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is lovely — especially the pancake station (thanks, Asha!).
However, it’s worth noting that the hotel isn’t actually part of the Radisson group, so usual perks don’t apply. The rooms are spacious with great balcony views, but the property feels quite dated — especially the bathrooms, which need upgrading. Common areas were dated and cleaning could be more done more regularly.
The resort is large and confusing to get around, and many guests seemed lost, so better signage would help. Food is decent but overpriced and limited to basics like burgers and grilled fish — the “fish of the day” was always tuna.
Overall, a nice location and great staff, but for the price charged, the experience doesn’t quite match expectations."
"Great stay with great vibes. We loved the dodgy dock restaurant and bar and the beach pool. The resort has some wear and tear on it, but definitely did not affect our enjoyment of our stay."
"Greneda has our heart! The apartment was fantastic, clean, spacious, etc.. Great location across from the beautiful beach. Was an easy walk for us to the spice market! Everyone was so wonderful! We will be back soon!!!"
