Marris is situated on the hillside of Lurin. This villa offers an extraordinary panoramic view on St Jean’s bay.
The outside area is very pleasant and comfortable. A covered terrace overlooking the sea.
A gazebo, with an outside living area, where you will enjoy taking the time for an aperitif and a dining area, where you will share your dinners with family or friends.
A large garden which a part of it, is an artificial beach with sun beds that leads to an incredible point of view.
Bedrooms are accessible by the living room. One has a view on the ocean and the other has a private terrace.
Within just five minutes by car to Gustavia and its shops, you will appreciate the calm of this villa located at the end of a long private path.
