Villa Solymar, also known as WV SYM is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located situated in Marigot and looking east over the Marigot Bay and the Atlantic ocean.

Situated at the very beginning of Marigot, at the top of the hill off the Camaruche road, Solymar is a beautifully designed villa designed by architect François Pécard, and has a collection of elegant and comfortable furniture from Christian Liaigre's design studio. The villa has 5 large bedrooms along a three-level atrium that starts at the parking level, and lush gardens that stretch out into the green hills towards the ocean.

The main living room, dining area and kitchen area on the main level are open to the terrace and pool, creating an inviting and grand feeling, with ample space to sit, relax, and sunbathe. The heated infinity pool is surrounded by green vegetation and rock, and almost feels like a natural pond. A small fitness room, that doubles as massage room is in a separate bungalow below the pool area.

The fully-equipped kitchen flanks the dining area with the oversized wooden table. A separate media room can be used for movie nights, but also as a quiet place to read. The primary bedroom is also on this level, complete with a European king-sized bed, dressing, U.S. satellite TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with shower and a bathtub. The other bedrooms are located on the lower level, most with their own semi-private terraces, offering similar views. One of these rooms is well-suited for children or teens, with two twin beds, the other three have European king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Solymar, or WV SYM, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
