A great stay near a wonderful beach

Nice boutique hotel near the gorgeous Grand Cul De Sac Beach. Not many dining options nearby, so renting a car is a must. Great continental breakfast. The owner Edwige was absolutely adorable and made everything she could to make my stay as pleasant as possible. She met me at the airport and took me to another destination the day I left at no extra cost.

The property has just had a beautiful remodel. The rooms were bright, pristine white, with generous sized walk in showers, fluffy towels and a very comfortable bed. The common areas were spotless and constantly attended to. Our manager, Edwidge was the perfect host. She went above and beyond with her service, was welcoming, informative and always there to communicate if we had any questions. Highly Highly recommend. And she deserves all the praise possible

We loved our stay at Hotel Villa Lodge 4 epices! The property is small and quiet with a beautiful view of Grand-Cul-de-Sac. It's walking distance to the Rosewood and several other hotels making it convenient to enjoy their restaurants and beaches. Our room was large and comfortable with a convenient little kitchen and a large patio with hot tub and chaise lounge. Edwina the property manager took excellent care of us and we could not appreciate her more! Hope to return again soon.

Breathtaking Sunrises and Perfect Location

We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights and mornings at the Lodge. We arose to a breathtaking sunrise view every morning from our bedroom. Each morning Edwige prepared a delicious breakfast by the pool with stunning views in the background. Our Villa was spacious, clean, full of light and equipped with everything necessary to make our stay a wonderful experience. The close proximity of one block to the spectacular beaches and several five star restaurants as well as the delicious sushi restaurant on the premises provided convenience and numerous options for activities and meals. Edwige was an excellent host who helped us plan an incredible stay in St Barth. We will definitely return and stay at the Lodge again based on our amazing experience there.

0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND . STAY AWAY. so I’m sure you guys are wondering why I haven’t even given this place 1 STAR . Well it’s simply because I have NOTHING nice to say . The best part of this trip happened before I met this lady (I believe her name is Hyacinthe) . As soon as we got off the ferry from Saint Maarten and she noticed we weren’t her kind, her whole demeanor changed . I walked up to her very excited when she was holding the sign of the villa we booked and she immediately lowered her head and began to text. No hello, no welcome, no smile. From there, the whole energy was off. We got into the car and it was an awkwardly silent 25 minute car ride . When we got to the reception, she made a call asking how much she should charge for the extra person, literally making up a random price. She said $100 a night and I asked her what does that include & She said it’s for an extra towel and extra bottle of water. So After we respectfully declined paying $400 more for an extra bottle of water and another towel, she became very loud and obnoxious and said AND I QUOTE “I don’t like you Americans, Why did you come here if you don’t want to be cheap, this is Saint Barths. Go to Saint Maarten if you want to be cheap.” At this point, we didn’t even know what to say, we couldn’t believe we were actually experiencing racism within 10 minutes of being in another country . Shortly after, I informed her if she’s not okay with 3 people in a room then we are willing to accept a refund so
