"A real gem in an ideal spot for visiting St Austell. Private off street parking and handy for the railway station. Very easy to get around town on foot from here. It's a lovely characterful, well maintained 1920's property. The room was huge and the bed wonderfully comfortable. Probably had my best sleep away from home in years. Bathroom as everything else was spotlessly clean with a lovely big powerful shower. The hosts were very welcoming through out my stay and the fantastic cooked breakfast in the morning was the perfect end to my time in St Austell and set me up very nicely for the day ahead."

"Everything about our stay was amazing! The B&B was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Nikki was a fantastic host who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Merlin, the very well-mannered dog, who was an absolute delight! If you’re looking for a place with a genuine personal touch, this is definitely the place to come. "Beautiful old world building with lovely rooms, bar the bathroom being upstairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good especially the breakfast. Very disappointed that they had a special curry and pint offer where you couldn't have and alternative drink and when we ordered the curry anyway we were charged £20 without the beer wheras it was £15 with the beer!"

"We have visited this hotel on a number of occasions and the service, friendliness and professionalism of the staff remains consistently excellent. We also like that management staff are visible, accessible and approachable. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well appointed, the Spa is excellent with a wide variety of treatments. I can highly recommend this hotel."

"The cobblestone parking was slightly challenging, and we weren’t expecting to be in a separate building from the inn, but the room was very comfortable and the large window had a great view which brightened up the space. The location was perfect, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We appreciated that breakfast was included."

"Very comfortable room, nice clean bathroom. The walls are a bit thin though so we could hear other neighbours, although everyone was asleep at night so no problem to sleep at all. The location of the hotel is great, it is a bit out of the town, in the middle of the valley. The garden is amazing and you can walk to the well a bit far down and to the town itself. The breakfast was very generous and varied."
